Have used Seaford Transfer twice in the past with no problems. Last time I uses them was 14 years ago. The move I just made this time (part in July to storage and full move in August) was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. The quality of service from management and the office has fallen to lows in terms of service. The crews who moved me did a good job - my only complaint with them is the 2 broken items were not properly documented by the crew leader and 2 weeks later Im still dealing with it. I initiated every call to the office to follow up if they were coming to my house (I had one partial move to storage and the full move). Not once did they initiate a service call or follow up with me. Moving can be stressful enough, then you add inconsistency, poor planning & poor follow through ... makes it worse. Two neighbors asked for information on using Seaford, I have called both and told them not to use them. Its a shame such a long standing company has fallen down so low in service.

This company is awesome! My husband and I hired them to move some very heavy furniture. They arrived on time, moved quickly, and took great care with our furniture. Nothing was broken or scratched and the wonderful guys who moved everything did it in less time than estimated. If I need to move again I will definitely be calling them.

We are in real estate and will continue to refer our clients to them, as they were referred to us. We can now say we personally had a great experience!
