Both ladies in the office were very helpful, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The first month was free and the pricing was very reasonable considering I priced several other facilities and the other facilities were more for the same size. Im actually glad there is not a 24/7 hour access to the facility due to that, in my opinion, would not be as secure from criminal activity. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking for a storage facility.

Tried to get a unit here when we first moved to the area 3 years ago and the manager was a no show twice. Said something about personal issues and was rude. Like we were taking up their valuable time. Ended up going to a storage place in Lexington Park area instead.
