I had called 4 different major moving companies to assist us with a move of household and car transport. Only Allied, Coleman Moving Services, responded as expected. We had used Allied previously and loved them but I wanted to get quotes on pricing. I know you get what you pay for. Mayflower didnt even have to time to meet with us. United Van Lines didnt even call us back for an appointment for a quote. Atlas did give us an appointment and did an inventory but received the actual quote past our deadline to make a decision as to which service to use. You have to have athe least 7 days to schedule the move because the van line has to file with transport authorities in order to move transport. So we were on a strict deadline. I discussed with my family and advised that if the companies could not perform well in getting an estimate timely that is what you can expect for service with that company as far as the move and transport. David Carter was excellent. He was very thorough and easy to work with even when we hit a few snags in preparing the move. Their price was perfect. The moving crew arrived exactly on time as expected. Jay, the crew leader and driver was perfect. He did above and beyond with the move and handled everything perfectly. Ashley Silvey, the move coordinator, called me during the move to make sure everything went smoothly. Jay, contacted us the day before delivery and as expected, everything went smoothly. They delivered everything to a storage facility. If you need a moving company, dont waste your time calling for pricing. Allied delivers with good pricing and excellent service. Just call Allied Moving! They will give you the best pricing and excellent service. Remember price is not everything. You need good service to take care of you and you can count on Allied!
