ZERO STARS! Poorly managed from start to end; we are VERY dissatisfied with the owner, management and staff. We WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. Again, we would NOT RECOMMEND, youve been warned, very untrustworthy and betrayed by their tactics & ability!!! We used them for both junk hauling and moving. Our experiences were NIGHTMARES! DO NOT trust this company!!! Not only were they unskilled and unprofessional, the price they charge in return for the service they provide was A RIP OFF!!!!! The junk hauling was horribly inexperienced & extremely careless; causing us MANY difficulties and unnecessary problems & DAYS of stress. The moving team/truck did not provide us with accurate and secure knowledge of where our possessions were at all times, HORRIBLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY. And - UNORGANIZED, including having to re-cross state lines due to THEIR unpreparedness. The moving team wasnt awake and ready to work when they arrived (AWFUL). In regards to both junk hauling and moving - the timing was NOT WHAT WE AGREED TO. Dispatch did not keep the workers aware of on-time schedule modifications. We received unpleasant calls .5 to 2.5 hours ahead of schedule alerting us to their arrival (very unprofessional and uncourteous). When movers arrived, they were not ready to work and informed us they were tired and one of them had a stomach ache (NEVER have we experienced SUCH UNprofessionalism). We even provided snacks and beverages and only after 90 minutes did they say they felt "a little better" and were ready to work. They took double their budgeted time and we are VERY suspicious that they helped themselves to our personal VALUABLES - AND used our $$$$$ to pay for their PLEASURE that very evening (BETRAYAL)!!!!!! Really, even the sales person promised our TVs would be packed into boxes and the movers ONLY WRAPPED the TVs in blankets (seriously terrible, terrible). MANY items were BROKEN due to their lack of skills and caution. Be VERY CAUTIOUS. I WOULD NOT recommend this company AT ALL - again, both the junk hauling and moving teams.. One of the WORST decisions we have ever made. We were completely taken advantage of - DONT trust the sales person or the quote you are given, DONT trust the owner, DONT trust the dispatch unit and certainly not the workers!!! Every interaction proved to be DISHONEST. We really wanted to give this business a chance, and 3 chances they were given and 3 TERRIBLE experiences - very unfortunate situation and very DISSATISFIED with their owner, management and staff. We were suspicious of their behavior and reassured everything was fine but in the end - WE WERE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!! FYI - They beg you to provide them a positive review to get a "bonus" - so beware of positive reviews!!

I was pleasantly surprised with the services by College Hunks Hauling Junk (CHHJ). To prepare for my move, I had shopped around many different moving companies for quotes and a list of services to make sure I was finding the best. Two companies never got back to me, and three companies I had to re-request a quote to get a number. With CHHJ, I filled out their form online and after hitting the "submit" button it was literally under a minute later I got a phone call (from a person) ready to discuss the particulars of my move. CHHJ was prompt and informative and I quickly realized they were working to get my business, not me working for theirs. And that was the deciding factor; great customer service. The actual day of the move, the movers arrived at my door on time. If the appointment is at noon they will be there at noon, they are not like other services that give you an appointment window 1-4 and arrive whenever. One mover walked me through the paperwork and process, and the other two wasted no time at all and began loading the truck. The doorway was padded to prevent damage, cardboard was put down to prevent tracking dirt, every large piece of furniture was wrapped in cloth and plastic (I had never seen large furniture wrapped so quickly). They even dissemble and reassemble furniture you specify. I dont think it even took them two full minutes to dissemble my dinning table, which is important to mention because they did not procrastinate any part of the move. A special mention to Phil, Jawan and Russel who had this move down to a science. They were extremely professional and courteous through the entire move. Good customer service is so rare these days so definitely support these guys.

Updated *again*: Yesterday, Brandon and Kalu arrived, this time to take away additional donations and some trash. They also moved a hugely heavy box and other items, making it possible for me to give a dear old friend of my fathers and mine a number of in-depth materials related to their mutual love of the rose. I have one more service on tap for this wonderful team -- and I got to meet with CHs owner, Ray Bradshaw, as well. He is as professional and customer-service oriented as anyone you could ever meet! Just cant say enough about this wonderful business and how much its helped me and my small family. Update: Reece and Brandon came out a second time, to clear away and donate additional furniture and household items. Again -- they were so professional, so pleasant and so easy to work with that I was truly amazed! What an outstanding service to have in this area. Reece and Brandon did a fantastic job -- and hardly took a break over an entire mornings work! What began as my desire to remove many items Id finally decided to part with ended as an entire "basement clean out," which was an amazing, unexpected relief. The pair came early and stayed until the work was finished, and they were pleasant and professional throughout. Ill definitely call on CHHJ again when the need arises. They were great!

There were some items in my home that needed to be removed, unfortunately I did not own a vehicle large enough to discard the items. After taking a few minutes online to research some places that removed unwanted items I came across College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving. The process for scheduling the service was simple, quick and efficient, it took approximately 5 minutes. The day before the pickup was to happen a confirmation call was made to ensure that I was still interested in having the items removed. The two gentlemen that were to come remove the items were Sam and Kent. The pickup time was to be between 7 am and 9 am. Sam called me at approximately 7:15 am to notify me that their first stop was taking longer than anticipated, however they would arrive at approximately 8:15 am. Sam and Kent arrived at 8:05 am they were very professional and courteous. Sam and Kent removed the items with speed and efficiency, only taking approximately 10 minutes complete the job. One of the impressive things were that Sam and Kent protected my floors by placing a drop cloth and after completion of the removal both gentlemen cleaned everything. I highly recommend College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving and want to express my deepest thanks to Sam and Kent for making this a good experience.

My wife and I moved a lot in the past for my work, including from Europe to the USA. This was our 8th and last move in 15 years. After a long and picky search I selected College Hunks Hauling Junk. It was the right choice!! Ray (owner) came to our old house and did the home inspection and assessment. He is a soft spoken man, very kind, polite who gives immediately an honest impression. Communication was great. He organized everything very well. He even participated in the move assuring that things went smooth and without incidents. His team (Eric, Ethan, Phillip and Russell) was very professional and hard working. They did a great job with packing, loading, unloading and allocating things in the new house as per instruction. They were very careful with all of our stuff covering it with blankets or wrapping it prior to moving it out of the house. It was a hard move since we had two fully loaded trucks, but again all went well with only one minor and fixable accident (small floor scratch). Although I dont plan to move again, I would definitively reuse them. Highly recommended for any move in the Baltimore/DC area. Erik
