These guys where on my real estate agents recommended list. After my move I suggested removing them. They where $10 per hour higher than the other two companies that provided estimates. I hired them because they where the only one who sent out an estimator. We hired them to do a partial pack, and my wife and I ended up packing a good part of what they had estimated packing. We also made a couple of runs to the new place taking fragile items ourselves. The day before the move a manager called me to suggest adding a 4th man to the crew. When I questioned it and pointed out we would actually have less then the estimator saw, he still felt he should send the extra man. Day before our move what could I do but say yes. Long story short, they way exceeded their estimate, moved slowly and spent most of their time complaining about the company they worked for. My wife and I ended up unloading as much from the truck as they did and they spent most of that time arguing about how to get big peices up the stairs. Finally they left a lot of heavy boxes that where marked for upstairs in the garage for us to move later. And all that and they went way over the estimate. I agreed to pay half the difference, but after seeing all the heavy stuff in the garage, regret even that.

We had the moving connection pack up our things when we got pcs-ed to Germany. They were very unorganized and as they took all of our furniture apart I was the one that had to catch all the screws and nails and label and put them in separate baggies... I was even the one to provide the baggies and pens!! They didnt have any! I was very nervous for how our stuff would end up looking once we got to Germany, and to no surprise a good number of our items were damaged. Our dining table and dining chairs all had deep scratches all over them. Our couch had rips on all sides. Our head board to our bedroom set was cracked in half, we cant even put our bedroom set back together...Our dresser and side tables had deep scratches all over them, our book shelf had scratches all around, and our mail holders chalk board piece completely came off the holder.. and you shouldve seen how they packed the furniture into the shipping containers! The movers that moved us into our Germany apartment were even shocked at how bad of a job the Moving Connection did...Absolutely ridiculous...

Sam & Roy were exceptional with my move. Sam was present at both pickup & dropoff locations. Polite, efficient, & great sense of humor. They were here when promised, unloaded my household goods where I wanted & in no time I was unpacking. Shout out to both of them. Rare anymore to find folks that take pride in customer service. These 2 guys are top notch. Thank you so much for great customer service.

Horrible moving experience. Communication was very difficult, took several tries to get responses to questions both before and after the move. Packing was terrible. Every hanging wardrobe box was stuffed with pillows, books, and shoes so all my suits and dress shirts were completely wrinkled. The person packing the kitchen used great care which is the only reason I gave second star.

If you want to risk getting something stolen go ahead and use this company. We had a g-shock watch get stolen that was on a shelf in our closet. And the mover that stole it is still with the company. Do not use this company.

Can I give 0 stars? Very difficult to get a hold of someone, get answers. Our truck broke down and nobody told us that our shipment would be delayed by 3 weeks!
