We had a very difficult moving problem...one involving two attorneys and a lot of furniture left to my sister-in-law by her father in a will. Unfortunately, the timing for pickup wasnt clearly stated to the two movers and the furniture and belongings were picked up before the attorneys had scheduled the pickup time. Needless to say, this posed a problem in making sure all items on the Personal Property list were all accounted for. At the delivery point I explained the situation to the movers and they were wonderful!! The items were packed on the truck well, very well, and both Jason and Michael were courteous and polite and helped me make sure all of the items were accounted for. Without their help I would never have been able to account for all of the items on the list much less fit them into a 10 x 10 storage unit. They both turned a situation around that could have been a very bad one. Everyone is happy.

I cant say enough positive things about them. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and courteous. Jessica, our estimator was super friendly and great to work with. And the crew that showed up on the day of the move were phenomenal. Al, DeVeon, Deshawn, Larry and Devon were the absolute best!!! And when we found out we couldnt move our furniture into my new house because the city inspector had not showed up on time, the main office did everything they could do to save us money and take care of our stuff overnight. If your moving in the Virginia Beach area, use these guys...PERIOD!

Amazing team and a fantastic job on a Sunday! Our original mover was a no-show. Kathleen White stepped in personally, had a 3-man team scheduled for us within an hour. Even sent a separate person out with boxes I had requested at the last minute. These guys were awesome - Chuck, Joseph & Mike. They not only moved everything efficiently with no damage, but also handled every request with pleasant attitudes and smiles. Very professional. A 10- star experience for sure! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Jo Jo and DeShawn did a remarkable job moving a huge corner cabinet (very awkward) from a second floor, down a tight staircase and into the truck...
