Hired movers for big items (furniture, beds, etc) for my move down the street. They scratched my dresser and nightstand up pretty bad and did not reassemble my chair or one bed correctly. They also seemed to unpack really slow to milk the last 2 hours or so. Spent almost $700. A supervisor called me before they were done and said she would call me the next day to see how everything went (which she never did). I didnt make a big deal about the stuff until I kept getting emails to rate their service. So I told them about my horrible experience and surprisingly got an email back from the president of their company saying he would contact me the next day to rectify the situation (which he never did either). So take my advice and hire a bunch of high school kids to move your stuff. They cant wreck your stuff any more than these guys and will cost you a lot less.

I chose Armstrong because of the good reviews on Angies List. I am so glad that I took the time to look at reviews. Armstrong was an excellent company from start to finish. The estimator, Steve, was honest & correct in his assessment of my belongings. The price was the lowest offered of the 3 moving companies I contacted. The office workers stayed in contact with me throughout the process and always returned my phone calls. The movers, Tim & Vicky were extremely professional and easy to work with. They picked up and delivered all my furniture & boxes when they said they would and everything came in perfect order! There was nothing broken, no scratches, no problems at all. I highly recommend this company.

We had an excellent move from PA to DE. The movers were very kind, considerate, hard workers. They took special care of our delicate items - piano, curio cabinet, grandfather clock, paintings, etc. All arrived in excellent condition. Never complained about the many boxes we had. We highly recommend Armstrong Relocation Lancaster.
