Please dont review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if youre connected in any way Moving out from MD to MA, I was so stressed to find movers that I could trust, Based on my research, I chose Movers USA and WOW - I couldnt have had an easier, more pleasant and more seamless experience. The team in MD that loaded everything took lots of care in wrapping all of my furniture, my mirrors, my glass tabletops. Everything was labeled and beyond organized. Not to mention they did all of it with awesome attitudes. Today, the delivery guys were prompt, SO NICE, very fast and very organized. I cant speak highly enough of Jose and Alberto who delivered; Rick and Frank who loaded me up in MD; the whole Movers USA team on the phones/email communication. And - the costing was EXACTLY what I was told and had anticipated - not a penny more.

The movers showed up on time, ready to work. However i feel the price, over $1000 for 3 guys at 5 hrs of work is entirely too much. The movers became lazy when we arrived at our 3 story townhome. The movers complained about possible damage to the walls, and how the company is not liable for this. Because of this, several items were left on the lower level for myself and my partner to carry. I feel this was a act of laziness. A few items were found damaged, which could not be claimed to the company because a form is signed directly after the move is complete, advising no damage to any items. However, the damaged was internal on items, and was not found until unpacking. Very little quality for dollar.

We had a good experience with this company when we had to move out a tenant who simply disappeared on us. We are long distance landlords and not in town that often so I had to do research and get quotes from moving companies online and over the phone. Movers USA was very quick to give us a fair quote and to answer all of our questions. They showed up to the move on time and got everything out of the unit in the time period and at the cost agreed upon. We wouldnt hesitate to use these guys again in the future.

Very easy moving experience with Movers USA They came on time, and were prepared and eager to work, were very hard and efficient workers. One of the movers even fixed a couple of pieces of furniture in the process! They moved my house locally in Maryland. The move went very smooth. The movers were professional, polite and very kind, they thoroughly explained in advance what is going to happen during the day. It was rainy day and they did excellent job in protecting my furniture from the rain. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Movers USA to anyone who is planning to move soon.

This place is a scam. A move that was estimated for less than $200, they charged me $900; $650 of which was not authorized. When I called to complain I was given the run-around 5 times and eveb threatened. I reported the situation to my bank and BBU and waiting to get some if my money back. Please learn from my experience.
