STOP! DONT USE THIS COMPANY. BATE and SWITCH. I was quoted one price and signed an agreement, provide a $500 non refundable down payment. The mover showed up, quoted a new price and demanded an additional $400 or he would leave. They were aware I had to be out of the apartment today, so I was left hanging. Call the office several times given the run around. No one seems to know why I was given an additional fee. I was finally told they hadnt included moving supplies in the estimate. Which was not true. I went over the estimate several times with the order taker. It appears the company that takes the order and the mover are 2 different companies ( even though I was told they were not) and they each say the other will take care of it. Im told I was getting a call back to resolve but no one has called. Stay away

Do NOT use this company. Several issues. The movers told me theyd be at my house at 7am. They didnt come until 10:30. The driver said hed call me when he was on his way, but he called when he was at the house and started the timer of the 3 hours I had agreed to pay him at that time. So really they only worked for 2 hours and a half. Then they damaged 3 furniture items and put a hole in the wall of my new new home, then asked me to sign a waiver to state that I dont hold the company responsible for any damage. At 2 hours and 30 minutes, the driver said he wanted an additional $75 because there were stairs in my home, which I was told was not going to be charged additional when I booked. To top it all off, the movers were unpleasant and rude to me and my fiance.

USA Movers Express Inc. are dynamic. I called them last minute I needed a pick up for the next day. Not only did the accommodate but they were professional , kind and courteous. I started my conversation with Clyde who is Great might I ad he spoke to me with such professionalism and care that I couldnt believe I hadnt heard of this company before.Not only did they get my move completed so that I could get on my plane by 6:00 am the next morning they also made sure the to pack, wrapped and secure all my items at a flat rate. I really want to say thanks for everything USA MOVERS EXPRESS Inc. YOU GUY ARE GREAT. I would recommend them to any body looking for moving any on the east coast. THANK AGAIN GUYS

Extremely unprofessional company. Full truckload long distance move from MD to OH. Could not get clarity about delivery date except for 5-day window. Delivery was made with a large piece of furniture missing, although it was included on the packing/shipping list. Movers said that owner of furniture "decided not to send it because it would cost too much" which was blatantly untrue. When the company was notified about this issue, person answering phone casually suggested to "file a claim", and then went on to say that they would "look around for" the missing furniture without asking what the missing piece was.

We recently moved and had a great experience moving with USA Movers Express. The movers that came the day of the move were on time and were very professional, patient and handled all our belongings with care. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for an affordable moving service in the Baltimore MD area.
