As I reflect back on my moving experience, I am grateful for choosing Ace Relocation Systems (ARS). From the very beginning, it was clear to me that everyone involved in my moving experience was extremely professional. In particular, I am very appreciative for Theresa DeHart who gave me my moving estimate. Ms. DeHart not only answered all of my e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner, she consistently demonstrated a very sensitive nature to my needs. Ms. DeHart clearly showed me she understood how overwhelmed I was at the prospect of moving an entire house of furniture that included my treasured personal belongings. Her calm demeanor was always appreciated as she helped me get through an extremely pivotal time in my life. Moving day, September 29, 2016, arrived and so did the packers at exactly 8:30 a.m. Their names are Art, Donny, Mitch and Jay. The packers were not only prompt, there were clearly organized and displayed total consideration to all of my packing requests throughout the day. As the day evolved, I felt a sense of relief as I witnessed how much attention the packers paid to all of the particular packing details that Art subtly encouraged and orchestrated concerning my belongings. Much appreciated to say the least!!! In addition to Ms. DeHart and the gentlemen who did the packing, I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge Mr. Colin Burke. Mr. Burke exceeded my expectations especially when he successfully changed the initial moving date at the last minute due to a medical emergency. I was, and am to this day, grateful for the attention he extended to me with regards to an extremely sensitive and unexpected situation. Without Mr. Burke’s understanding of the seriousness of the unexpected medical emergency, I would never have been ready to move on the initial day we previously scheduled. Finally, I want to again thank everyone at ARS for their teamwork which enabled me to accomplish a task of tremendous proportion to me. From the first encounter I had with ARS I felt as if all involved put me and my considerations first and foremost. Everyone associated with my move reflected a team attitude which alleviated much of the stress I was experiencing before moving day arrived. I truly consider my experience with ARS far superior to anything I ever anticipated and will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone that is in need of a relocation company. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with my interactions with Ace Relocation Systems (Atlas operated). We moved from Fairfax,VA to Phoenix, AZ two weeks ago. Ace Relocation coordinated the move out of their Maryland office. Robin McCarty provided my initial estimate and follow-up. Before selecting Ace and Atlas, I spoke with 6 other moving companies, including Graeble, Nationwide, and Mayflower, and others. Robins quick response to all my inquiries, and her impressive sense of professionalism was the reason why I selected Ace and Atlas, even though I had a lower bid in-hand from a competitor. She offered me the confidence I was looking for in making our move. Theresa DeHart was my next point of contact and she handled the logistics of the move from start to finish. Like Robin, Theresa was quick to return my calls and answer all my questions - even the most minor. She followed up with me on the day of my pack, and on my loading day and delivery day. She also coordinated box removal for me after the move was completed. Simply put, she was terrific. William (Dave) Haines was my van operator. What a gem!!!! I could not have imagined working with anyone better. He called us in advance of the pack and load to tell us when he would arrive – then arrived at when expected. He also called us in advance of our delivery and told us when he would be onsite to unload the truck, and then followed through. He handled his crews marvelously, and my interactions with him put my mind at ease about the long transit. I knew I could trust that he would do everything he could to ensure that our furnishings arrived with care. This was my second move with a professional moving service and Ace’s quality of service eclipsed the other. I would not hesitate to ask Dave to move our furnishings again, and would recommend him and the entire Ace crew to anyone who inquired about moving services. Thank you, thank you!!!

This company has been very frustrating. I have never written a review on anything before but I am at my whits end as to what to do. We were packed out on June 16 and given an RDD date of July 10th. First we were told it hasnt arrived yet, sometime around June 30. Then we were told that it had already been delivered to us...S we sat in an empty house. Multiple attempts to get an answer were ignored. Now at least we know they have our stuff, since June 29th but they cant deliver until at least the 18th. We are 20 years into military life and this is the first time I have ever encountered not only this level of incompetence but indifference as well. When i said thT my husband is deployed and I have two children that need T least a bed and a kitchen table, the answer was basically, well, you moved at the wrong time. My thought is this ( as a contractor for govt myself): if you cant handle the workload, dont accept the job. I will be filing a complaint with the US Army and recommending that they do not use this company again. The lack of communication and level of indifference is astounding.

We recently had to select a mover and ACE was the only one out of 5 that took the time to review and come to our home to estimate the job. They were awesome from the beginning, we received several estimates and were extremely happy in the end that we made the choice to pick ACE. From start to finish this group was professional, hardworking, and took care of our belongings as if they were their own. The estimate we received was spot on and in fact we received a credit for an hour that was not used. They were speedy, on-time, and a pleasure to work with. We had a team of 5 movers and two trucks, all of them I would hire again in a second. The team we had was absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help and ensure a smooth transition. I would recommend hiring this team to anyone, they make it easy, a pleasurable experience and remove all the stress for you. Thank you.

Overall the experience was the best it could have been. The weather here was horrible and the day before I had been warned that due to road conditions they may arrive a little late. Despite the weather they still showed up on time fully prepared. The three gentlemen were very polite and worked extremely fast yet very thorough. They took very good care of our belongings and ensured everything was handled properly. When we arrived to my new apartment they ensured they didnt mess up our carpet by laying down blankets and cardboard from the sidewalk and throughout the house. They made sure we were well taken care of and I definitely will be using them again. I do suggest using them if you have a move coming up. Theyre prices were also the same as they quoted me and they didnt try to add on any hidden fees like some companies do. They also are very reasonable with pricing.
