My daughter carefully labeled all of her items to be stored. The movers moved everything well, seemed to take good inventory. They were prompt when returning the stored items. My complaint is that one item was not returned. My daughter emailed several times in Augut and September inquiring about the missing item. No reply. I emailed. No reply. I called. Dan said he had the item (the label was missing he said....I find that hard to believe) and promised he would return it to my daughter in the next day or two. I gave him her college address and phone number. It is now 2 weeks since the promise and still no call, no email, no item. I just tried calling again and I got a recording that the business phone is unworkable at this time, because he (??) is "traveling". The message stated to send an email and hed reply...!!!???!! We were pretty happy with Storage Squad up to this point, but now I am rating them only a 2 because of the shoddy business practice. UPDATE: I am updating this rating because I was finally was contacted in October. The folks apologized for the delay, misplacement of item, and lack of response. The company fully complied with their insurance guarantee. The call and the situation was handled very professionally. My daughter just called to let me know that Storage Squad found the missing table and returned it to her. Rating is now 5. Great job!

Had a terrible experience these guys; they clearly care more about making money than taking care of their customers. I was unable to make my delivery appointment because of a cancelled flight and was charged $30 for the missed appointment IN ADDITION TO $29 to schedule a new "special" appointment. These fees almost add up to the price that I payed to store my items in the first place! Trying to contact their customer service led me nowhere as they refused to address my issues but instead responded in a very unprofessional manner. There is no place for these outdated "hidden fee" business practices in 2016 and, needless to say, I will not be using their service in the future and advise you to do likewise.

Awful experience. Stay away. My daughters plane got delayed and she missed her appointment. She had checked a box on the form asking to have her stuff delivered regardless of whether she was there. She arrived to no stuff and they were closed on move in Sunday. ON Monday, we both reached them to learn that although there is a box to check on the form it only applies to those living off campus at Cornell (how you would know that, I have no idea) and the next appointment was four days later. I requested a call from a supervisor and never received one. You cant go to the warehouse so are totally stuck.

I strongly recommended this service to students for their luggage stored for vacation. The company offers a superb service for luggage storage. This summer, due to unexpected schedule change I could not have the luggage stored before I took a flight back to China. I looked for companies provided luggage storage services online. Storage Squad is the one willing to pick up the luggage with a reasonable price. So I have them to get my luggage from my Dorm and stored for three months, then they delivered the luggage back as soon as I arrived the dorm from the vacation. It is very convenient!

Storage Squad made my summer storage process amazingly simple and affordable. Pick-up and delivery times were flexible and convenient for me and those in charge were available for questions via email, phone, AND text for the entirety of my storage experience. It was a huge relief to find a reasonably priced, secure storage option with a pleasant customer experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been going back in forth with this company, for 4 months now, about an item of mine that they damaged and delivering my items a day later than my delivery date. I originally received responses saying I would get a refund, to send information, then they started ignoring me. After 4 months I still have not received my refund.

The best and cheapest storage around. Much cheaper than Big Red Storage. I had used Big Red the year before and the hidden charges and the fact that they charged $10 a box really came out to be expensive. Storage Squad is just as accessible and took great care of my stuff. Gave me free boxes and referral discount when my roommate stored too.

I did the early delivery option and the made me change my dates a few times and failed to deliver my boxes on the time we finally decided. After that they lost my boxes but found them about a week later and delivered it immediately. All in all an ok experience but the price was low so cant complain

Great service at a reasonable price. I have used this company several years in a row now and each year it gets a bit better. I get live appointment updates and can track the delivery van on my computer or phone which is nice. Dont have to wait around as long as you are paying attention.
