Just called about boat storage... Carol answered VERY rude and unprofessional. She snapped at me when I asked for prices!!! I live very close and will NEVER use these people! Shame. After I asked her name she tried change her attitude. The call said it was recorded, I can only hope the owner listens to the tape. Call was at 2:35pm on 5/17/16

The staff at Chesapeake Mini Storage are great. There is never a long wait to talk to staff. They are all friendly and very helpful when getting a storage space and handling monthly fees. It is nice to see everything on line. Our units are dry, well light and clean. I feel very safe there.

The staff at Chesapeake Mini Storage are wonderful. Theresa really knows her stuff! The units are dry. The doors open and close easily. There is plenty of space between buildings for a car to be parked on each side and still for someone to drive through so no one has to back up.

the Facilities are old, and the management staff could be friendlier, but if you just need down and dirty no frills storage, this place fits the bill
