may 12, 2017 absolutely awful. we are due to have the delivery tomorrow and, just like on the day of the move out of new york, they are pulling another fast one. prior to the day they arrived to move out of new york going to california, their representative estimated we had under 300 cubic feet. i told them i would like to assume we would be at 500 cubic feet, for about $2300 including extra charges for our scooter packing. the difference between the estimate for 300 cubic feet and 500 cubic feet was about $300. when they got there, they estimated 1100 cubic feet first, then 1200 cubic feet. they said the charges would be $5-6 THOUSAND DOLLARS. i told them they were crazy. do the math. if an extra 200 cubic feet cost $300ish. then an extra 1000 cubic feet (1500 cubic feet total) should be about $1500 more, for a total of $3800. We werent near 1500 cubic feet. Their price came down to $4500 and I said no. I said $4200 and we agreed to $4300 with the manager saying he "would take it out of his pocket, lets just do it. dont worry about it". Well, the day before arriving those thieves are now about to deliver in California, they are saying the charge is $4500, two hundred more than we agreed to. DONT EVEN THINK OF USING THESE LOSERS. NEVER AGAIN. THEY ARE THE WORST EVER. CROOKS.

Very pleasant staff, very flexible with my crazy schedule, and they were very communicative in the two or three days as my appointment drew near. They went the extra mile to confirm the scheduling with me. They had all my belongings (a 2-bedroom apartments worth of boxes and junk) laid out and ready for pickup when I arrived with an empty truck, and the men in the warehouse were not only friendly but extremely familiar with the number of boxes and items I had when it came time to go through the checklist with them. The total pickup time (paperwork, check-listing the invoice with the movers, and loading my 14-foot u-haul) was only an hour. I arrived 30 minutes early and still they were completely prepared and set up for my arrival in order to get me out of there as quickly as possible. Im extremely happy with my experience with ARS and I highly recommend them.

Hi, We had to move this past Saturday and recruited the help of Advance Relocation Systems (ARS). We were just ready to pull our hair out from packing and the stress of moving!! The admin staff (Ms. Deb, Mr. Bryan and staffs) from ARS were very funny and very professional, which helped alleviate the stress of moving and helped in growing our hair back!! :) The moving crew was on time and very professional! They took great care in moving our stuff down three flights of stairs (which was very impressive since it was narrow). If you need assistance in moving, I highly recommend the movers at ARS. They will help you move, make you laugh and prevent any hair loss! :) Thank you so very much for all that you guys did from start to finish!

Literally, the worst experience I have ever had in customer service. Absolutely zero communication about where my stuff was or when it would arrive. They sent a truck that was too small so they had to strap a good number of things TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE TRUCK. No shock at all, they lost a bike. They didnt even attempt to show compassion for the stress of the situation they caused until I complained. Dalton and Lynn DO NOT care about you or your stuff. AT ALL. EVERYTHING WENT GREAT! The guys were on time, we talked about a game plan, and when we needed to slightly deviate from the plan, the guys ask me how I would like it done. Even when rooms werent ready due to contractors still being in the house or maybe my own lack of readiness, the guys from ARS adapted and gave me options and thoughts outside the box. The guys even joked around with my kids when they wanted to help. The payment was even half the esitmate. The whole experience was wonderful and ARS took away one less headache of moving.

After delivery my box of crystal was missing called and was apologized to but then proceeded to call me basically a liar. Poor customer service. The box was taken by the movers it was not in old or new house. Terrible way to be treated.
