I received great customer service as soon as I walked in; Loren was the best! She had a very nice, welcoming demeanor. I needed a unit right away so I was a little nervous about whether or they would have one. They had multiple ones to choose from and I got to see all shortly after. Loren also gave me advice from personal experience of having her own unit currently. After that the paperwork didnt take long at all. I was also informed of a program they have with Budget for a discount on their trunks. Overall great service from them today.

I have used the storage units at this location since 2004 during many deployments and oversees assignments. It has gone through several name changes and extra space is by far the best in customer service, security and cleanliness. My review is primarily due to "Ashley"! She goes above and beyond everyday in a way that is very rare these days. Her attitude, professionalism and personal attention are first rate!! I wont deal with anyone else. Rod retired military

I haven been with Extra Space Storage for a little over 6 months. Loren the store manager is amazing! Every time I come into the store she is always friendly and professional. The property always looks great. I highly recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for storage!
