This was a different and somewhat difficult experience for me but Rich made it soooooooo much easier. Curteous and smiling from the minute you walk is always a win so that was a plus. I was battling with what size unit to get for my dad and Rich provided many scenarios on what could work for my situation. He was very patient, resourceful, compassionate, kind and funny. Im glad that Rich is apart of the public storage team because he made this hard decision that much easier. I appreciate him for all the check up calls and willingness to go that extra mile. Keep up the good work! !!

Public Storage on 7 Weaver RD is wonderful, Chanel who works there and takes care of you is even better! We used Public Storage the last time we lived in Baltimore and it was very nice, safe, and clean. Now moving back we looked around and ended up choosing them again, and very happy we have. Chanel has take care of us, answered all questions and made us feel great about the move in. It could not have been a better experience, she is super friendly. After days of calling movers and storage places, she has made all the difference in chaotic times. Thank you so much!!!!

I was thankful for the service that I have received from this location he was very courteous respectful and honorable as I thought he rode out the red carpet but he helped me to find what I need it is very attentive to what movies were in his work with me since Ive been here I could have went down the street which was a little less expensive but the service that I got was top-notch thank you we need more like him Rich us, and I thank you very much for all that youve done all that you doing and all that you going to do good bless you

I was there just a few days ago and the new sheriff of Wever rd Public Storage, Blair was outstanding. His customer service was impeccable. When i asked about the previous manager Blair simply stated that hes gone. Total professionalism. Excellent job to the hiring staff that saw the value in this gentleman. Blair has a very pleasant tone and true customer service skills. I was behind on my rent however Blair made me feel like a VIP. Thank you Public Storage for enlisting the remarkable talents of such an extraordinary employee.

Extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff made signing up for a unit at this facility downright enjoyable. The facility is very clean and obviously well maintained. The location is extremely convenient, being so close to the beltway, but also feels very secure because it is a bit away from the main roads and secluded. I choose this facility being impressed while helping a friend load her unit here a few weeks ago. Highly recommended.

I have never rented a storage unit before in my life. Ms.Chanel(manager 7 wever rd) was awesome! she helped me with every single thing I needed and had absolutely no problem answering my questions or repeating things to me for better understanding. I also like the fact she makes courtesy calls to remind her customers about their payments. I will definitely keep this location in mind shall I ever need another storage unit.

I have used public storage before back home in Los Angeles and the staff and facilities were always up to par now that I live in Baltimore I decided to use them again Scott the guy who helped me was very friendly as well as the staff that was there today I would mos def recommend the public storage in perry hall I feel safe having my things there !!! I had an extremely complicated situation when I got to the storage unit. They were able to help me through everthing. I dealt with Blair the entire time and he was absolutely wonderful in helping me. The way he was able to help made up my mind to use this unit again if I ever need to. Would highly recommend to deal with Blair if you need anything.

I in the middle of a renovation and move and was in need of storage unit. The staff and manager helped me out greatly. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is well maintained and secure. The staff explained to me that online rates were better, which helped to save me money.
