Ive been a customer at this location for several years. Kristie is by far the nicest and most competent manager Ive encountered. I recently found out about a job relocation. When I contacted the ESS where Im moving to, the store manager told me that the size unit I wanted was the last one and I had to arrange to have the account opened today. I explained that I was already a customer in Baltimore and she told me I had to get into the store immediately to get the paperwork done because they dont save units. It was 4:45pm and I panicked thinking the office closed at 5:00. I rushed over there and I explained to Kristie what I needed to do. She said "Thats not a problem and we can have you finished in a couple of minutes." I forgot to mention that I had 3 units in Baltimore that I needed to close out and get 2 units paid for and reserved for where Im moving to. Kristie called the other office manager and walked her through the transferring of accounts process, she closed out the 3 units in Baltimore (so I wouldnt be billed for time not needed) and made sure everything was done correctly. Im moving 2 households out of state and needed everything done correctly. My items are going into the new units on a Sunday and I need to make sure everything is ready to go. Thank You Kristie for the exemplary customer service. There is no reason to consider any other storage companies when yout have employees like Kristie. She took something that was very stressful and easily and totally handled it.

Although MD is my home, being in the military, traveling on orders many times, I have to pack up home and leave for extended periods of time. Also being in the military, new items are being issued and theres just not enough closet space to place all of it. So I was encouraged to utilize a storage facility 1) to clear room at home so my me and my family can enjoy and 2) to store my military issued items really became a convenience. Meaning that whenever I had orders to leave or to report to a destination, all I had to do was retrieve my military items from storage (completely separated from civilian items), take what I needed and I was on my way (this was far easier). Needless to add, Shequita was of great help and resource regarding the type and size of storage that I needed, plus added reassurance of my items being relatively protected. I now have peace of mind when I am home and when its time for me to getaway.

Needed a place to store a number of items (bed, dresser, dishes, files, lamps) while my daughter looked for a new apartment. ExtraSpace Storage was perfect for us. Units are clean, access is easy, but totally secure. Employees are very professional. It was very close to where we live. It was an excellent experience. There were no unwanted surprises. It was also reasonably priced. We appreciated that! I would definitely use them again. We emptied our unit when my daughter found a new place to live.

I randomly walked in to meet Ann who was very personable and willing to help. She showed me units that would accommodate my needs. I informed her that I had a fixed income at the moment, so Ann looked up to see if there were any discountable offers for units that I was interested in which there were. I signed a lease immediately since ExtraStorage was the cheapest in the area for a 5x10. I look forward doing business with Ann and the rest of the ExtraStorage team.

Great locate right on York Rd right across from Valley View Farms. This is the cleanest storage company I have ever been in I have used many. Great Job guys at Extra Space. I came back to Extra Space asking Kristie and Tina about units and Kristie remembered me from a couple years ago which made me want to rent from her when I am ready. Way to go ladies keep up the good work. Kristie & Tina do a wonderful job keeping the building clean

I, agree with you. The older male employee assumed at one time when my wife questioned, why her code number was not working, he automatically, in a loud voice with other custermers right there, stated that she probable did not pay her bill. When she questioned him as to why he would say that he preceeded to be beligerent. She finally called me (her husband) to deal with the rude attendant and he refused to apologize.

Kristi went above and beyond today. Her hospitality was so refreshing . Its nice to see the customer still matters in some establishments. My experience was tremendous. This entire process was quick, easy and extremely affordable. I would recommend highly that if you find yourself in need of storage ... come to this place. You wont be dissapponted!

I coudnt get out of there fast enough! The man there was pushy, rude, and couldnt believe that I wanted to look at other places before making a decision. He was practically yelling at me because I wouldnt rent right then when we went to look at the unit. Intense! I HAVE found a better price and a better storage unit in the same area.

Kristie was awesone. She is polite and very helpful.I came in there not sure what size unit I needed. She was patient with me,dud not get irritated with me once. I explained how big my apartment was and how much stuff I needed stored until I found a new place. And she figured out the perfect unit for me. She is a real keeper!!!

Kristie the store manager is fantastic! Her customer service skills are outstanding. The facility is very clean and I was able to obtain units within close proximity to exterior doors on short notice. Security is tight. Very flexible rental terms. I couldnt be more pleased.
