What a great location! The entire process was incredibly smooth and fairly easy. I walked in I was greeted very warmly! The manager Tony he didnt have to introduce himself his professional demeanor lets you know exactly who he is. We viewed the unit with ease, he knew exactly where the unit was located even took the time to show me a larger unit and with his precise recommendation on keeping the smaller unit I reserved was perfect every item fit perfectly ( I really appreciate him not trying to up sale me on the larger more expensive unit). The facility is extremely clean which is a plus as who wants to store their items in a dirty place. Overall the experience was wonderful and Mr. Tony was a true pleasure to work with!! I would recommend this location and the Extra Space Storage company to others! Keep up the great work!

Our unit got broken into at the end of May 2017 then two weeks after the break in they sent us a notice that our rates were going up. We have only had the unit since Feb 2017, I understand that rates tend to go up over time. HOWEVER with the money we were already paying they werent able to keep our belongings safe with their "top-of-the-line" security. I refuse to pay them more money after the incident OR they could have granted us a few months before upping the price. They showed NO remorse about the incident when we called about our price going up after the break in. Normally, unit prices raise gradually they however did not do that in our situation and bumped the price up 25% of what we were already paying. Very disappointed would not recommend this place especially with the terrible security.

So far I am very impressed with Extra Space Storage. I recently moved from an apartment with an external storage unit to one without storage. The external unit was dirty and prone to the elements - damp when it rained, hot in the summer - and who knows what creatures may have come in through the holes in the bottom. My unit in Extra Space Storage is internal, and that makes a huge difference to me. There are handy carts to transport my belongings and an elevator to get me there. I am more confident that my belongings are safe, dry and free from pests. The staff was great as well - I was able to reserve a unit online and then complete the rental quickly and easily once I arrived. The price is great, and Im very satisfied so far.

This storage site is as advertised. Extremely clean, both inside and out. Onsite staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful. On the day I put my things into my storage area there was a log jam of cars at the doors outside the elevator. I went into the office and spoke to a staff member and he immediately asked the vehicle owners if they would more their cars to allow me to pull up my U-haul. It was extremely easy to move things into the facility, as they have numerous flat bed dollies available. Overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of extra storage space.

The storage unit is clean, and I love the fact that it was climate controlled. The guy who showed me the storage units was kind enough (and very patient) to show me quite a few in order to find the one that would fit all my stuff. Price wise, it was a little expensive, but it made moving into this area a lot easier. I just wish that it wasnt so expensive to keep the unit for a second month, because I really would love to keep it long enough to unpack without having to move everything that I have in the unit into my new place. However, if thats the worst of my worries, Im good.

Renting a storage unit with Extra Space online was super easy (and the bonus was the online discount). When I went to sign my lease there was no confusion and no hidden fees not listed on the website. Mike was very friendly, professional and accommodating when I needed to see a couple other spaces to ensure that I was getting the unit size that I needed, and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. The facilities are very clean and easy to access. Im very glad I rented here and have no reservations leaving my personal belongings with them.

Service with Extra Space Storage has been exceptional!!!!! I have been using storage units for some years now(Im a bit of a hoarder lol), and have never met such a friendly staff! They really make the difference!!! They are friendly, informative, courteous, responsive, and most of all HONEST!!! I am new to the area and my current apartment doesnt offer storage on-sight, so they referred me and I couldnt have chosen a better Facility to utilize! THEY ARE THE BEST, just made one phone call and from there I was "good to go"!!!

Great Staff And Very Secure Storage Facility!! I recently had my car stolen which had my keys to my storage unit in it. After advising the staff of the issue they immediately blocked/reset my password to get onto the premises and helped me get into my unit. Both Mike and Tony were great during this entire process. I have been using this storage facility since July 13 and have had nothing but great experiences. The unit is secure and climate controlled! I give this storage facility 5 Stars All The Way!!!

This location is hands down the best storage space Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. From the moment I walked in to when I finally checked out there was never a hiccup with customer service. Theyll answer all of your questions truthfully and handle each of your concerns. Easy to register and sign up. I handled everything online and made a reservation for four days later. Tony called and left a message to go through the reservation. He was friendly upon my arrival and helpful with answering questions. The paperwork was easy and did not take long. Ive been with extra storage before in the Towson area, which is why I chose the company.

Reserved my storage unit and when I went in the next day, I was treated with great service and finishing up the reservation of a storage was a breeze. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Prices were a great value as well. As a side note, whoever is responsible for picking the music, you had me singing along each and every time I had to come by. Rock on.
