Mostly good experience. Moving out became a bit overly dramatic, as my movers were apparently using all or most of the carts to load the truck. Understandably, other customers needed them. I wasnt there to witness it, but the staff later told me the movers gave the owners/staff attitude about using the carts. The movers, however, said the staff were demanding and rude to them. Furthermore, the staff said two of the "movers" werent doing anything but sitting around and they had pictures of them on cameras to prove it (and, furthermore, they were henceforth banned from the building). They backtracked a bit when I explained that the two "movers" in question were actually my fiancee and her sister who were supervising the loading while I was gone. Ill spare everyone the comments my fiancee made, but theyre not supportive of the staff. The staff said my fiancee was "screaming" at them -- my fiancee has never screamed at anyone in the 5+ years Ive known her, even in the most stressful situations. Again, I wasnt there, but I believe a calmer, less dramatic response by the owners would have defused an already stressful day for all.

Wonderful place to get your household stored. Easy to get to and the managers are always helpful. BTW Must buy their tape for Boxes, ITS the best ive ever used , you can build a house with this Stuff.
