Secure, well managed and excellent customer service - I looked at storage units in Columbia, Jessup and Laurel, MD that was secure, easily accessible from main highways, and within my budget. This facility ranked the highest. Honestly i had never heard about this facility till i started looking. I looked into Ezstorage, Uhaul storage, Public storage etc. At first i thought this was too good to be true in terms of price, location and security. I called the customer service and found them to be very helpful and understood my needs. They helped me get the best deal. The manager at the facility is outstanding - he made himself available during the move, answered all my questions patiently and showed me around the facility. I found this facility to be secure, accessible from BW parkway 295 and well maintained. The outdoor drive up storage unit that he allotted was ready before i arrived and very clean. I have the confidence that if i have any questions in the future, the manager at this facility will be able to answer them. I know the search for the right storage unit takes time and would definitely recommend this facility to you.

I am recently in the process of moving and needed something quick and easy to work with. I popped in and told the woman behind the counter the space range I was looking for and in less than 10 minutes I was off checking storage units. The area was clean and easy to navigate through. Got to see first hand what I was renting and the half off deal wasnt bad either. Having shipping/storage materials available was also quite useful, everything from boxes to scissors and plastic coverings for queen sized beds was invaluable. 24 hour access would be useful, though 6am to 10pm will have to suffice.

I rented a storage unit here for several months between college and my first apartment. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The managers went above and beyond to make sure customers were taken care of and responded to in a timely manner. I was particularly concerned about the cleanthliness of potential storage units and these were in excellent condition. I always felt safe, no matter the time of day, and I always felt that my belongings were safe. The prices were competetive and this location, while a little further out, was worth the few extra miles on the rental truck

My concerns for a storage facility were: safety and security, cleanliness, and accessibility. This facility has exceeded all of my expectations. This facility has pleasant staff eager to help in any way they can; most importantly they are organized, knowledgeable, and clean. I have been at my unit in the early morning and late at night and felt very safe; the place is secure 24/7 and is well lit at night. If that wasnt enough reasons to rent a unit here it had the lowest price around! I would definitely recommend this facility if you need a place for storage.

I was out of the area for over a year and Extra Space Storage were great. The space was clean, well maintained and secure. I would recommend their services to anyone and already recommended to a friend thats going overseas to fight for our great Nation. The staff were courteous, helpful and responsive. If I ever have to leave the area again, I will be sure to use Extra Space Storages stellar services. I feel that peace of mind is priceless; the peace of mind that Extra Space Storage provided was very reasonably priced indeed.

I am very impressed with the upkeep of the facility, and the customer service I have received in my two year tenure with this establishment. I originally planned on storing my household items here for a couple of months. Tops. Once I obtained my new housing quarters, I transferred to a smaller locker to store my seasonal items here. I find the location to be ideally located and is just minutes away from Ft. Meade. If your looking for a well maintained, secure, and managed storage facility, then this is the place.

While in the process of attempting to get our home ready to put on the market, my husband and I decided to get a storage unit to place our non-essentials. We have never rented a storage unit before and we werent sure what to expect. This was a far easier and much more pleasant experience than we had thought. The storage unit was clean and appeared to have been well maintained. Mason, the on site staff member, was very kind, helpful, and informative! He mad the whole process go quickly and smoothly! When I found myself downsizing into a smaller house, I needed a place to keep my things in the interim until I could sort out what could stay and what had to go. Absolutely unparalleled customer service at this place. The storage was clean, secure, and I always felt that it was safe there... but the thing that will make me come back to this place is the customer service. They were very friendly, very helpful, and very clear about any specials, bonuses, or anything else like that they had. They were always cheerful, and very well organized, too. Excellent customer service! Very professional staff! I was in the market for a storage unit and stopped by this location because it was convenient to my job. I was given a quote, shown the available options, and given a brief tour of the property. I was very pleased with the pricing as well. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to rent a unit due to personal reasons but I would highly recommend this place!

GREAT customer service. Highly satisfactory. Mason is a wonderful manager. Registration and processing time with Mason was quick and effortless. It took all about 5 mins. I was highly impressed with Mikes customer service. Im happy with this provider in other locations. Extra Space Storage has clean, climate controlled spaces with adequate security. The access is easy and with wide (6am-10pm) hours. The staff are really excellent. At this location, as of 1/09, they will photocopy your identification and take fingerprints. I highly recommend this site for storage.

This is the best place to rent! I have been here for a year and havent had any complaints!! Janay and Mason have been more then helpful. Everytime I need to make my payment someone is always in the office to help me. The place is always clean and the bathrooms!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!! Go Extra Space Laurel!

Me and my coworker visited this location to set up a unit for our company. Donna was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She was patient and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were taken care of. The price was very reasonable and the place is very well taken care of and clean. Extremely satisfied!!!
