I received excellent customer service from the Manager Rick and the two lovely young ladies working there. I came a week prior to taking possession of the storage unit with my mom. Rick was kind enough to show us the size of the unit, due to the fact that I made the reservation online. I arrived the following week to move things in and just so happened to loose my storage key that same day. I came the next day and he cut my lock off and put a brand new shiny one. I truly do appreciate this man of God, you just dont get service like this anymore. I recieved the first month off and 15% off my monthly storage fees! for those reading this review, sometimes you take a chance and reserve online, you get to the place and its really not what you expected. This however is not one of those instances, service here was above and beyond, I am forever greatful.

Bait and switch, unit online was picture of full 8 foot ceiling, only length and width specified in listing, get there with stuff after reservation to find out its half height. 8 foot is double price. Once unit cleared out cancelled reservation without notice and provided refund. I can sort of understand that maybe no refund after I ask to be closed out but I did not they did so on their own and then rented out to someone else and kept my money. Would not recommend. Overall clean well light interior. Not enough carts for patrons moving goods in and out, but at least there were some.

I was extremely impress with the decor and cleanliness of the storage facility. Mr. Lee was welcoming and answered all my questions and appear to know his customers very well, as a few of them came in while I was there. He even went up and swept my storage unit despite my protest that it was acceptable. The day we were moving stuff in, Lee was just as helpful and asked us if we wanted to use the customer area (bathroom) since he was closing for the day. I strongly recommend this CubeSmart location and it helps that its super close the the B-More/Washington Parkway.

For this being my first time renting a storage unit, it has been more than a pleasant experience. All of the staff were very personable and friendly. The work environment seems to be pleasant and it shows amongst the employees. I want to especially thank the General Manager,Lee, for her assistance and thoroughness with finding the right space for me that could best accommodate my needs. My experience with CubeSmart was great. Staff was professional and guided me through the process in a timely manner. I did notice that team work was present and on key delivering great customer service. Both staff members new procedures and communicated their thoughts through out the process. My stay here was just what I expected. this is a good business for recommendations.

Rick, the manager, called me before my reservation date and told me what I would need for a quick check in. He also advised me on the kind of lock I would need for my space. When I got there to sign the paperwork, the whole thing was so quick! They showed me how to use everything, and I was set! Great service! Id recommend this place to anyone looking for storage in Laurel.

Lee was amazing and made our check-in process smooth. He was also very friendly and accommodating. The storage space was clean and perfect for our stuff as this is a climate controlled storage. We are glad we found this storage unit and know that our stuff will be safe until we have to move them to our new home.
