Hidden fees up the wazoo. $1 for the first month became over $130 for the first month because is apparently only covers 30 days and theres 31 in July (we understood we had to be out by the 30th, which we were), so they throw in a $23 charge for the extra day in July and then late fees for not paying it (we didnt know!!! & after I called like 2 weeks earlier and made sure I wasnt missing anything, because I was paranoid about some random hidden fees, and they said I was good to go and confirmed the move-out date of the 30th). Anyway, to get it figured out, I had a ton of trouble because the property manager closed out the account with the fees attached so my account info didnt work anywhere online/over the phone. Then customer service "couldnt" waive the fees apparently so they contacted the district manager to do it (since my account was closed). District manager waives the late fees but not the extra day fees that we didnt even know was an extra day. Then I go to pay and cant pay anywhere!! Three phone numbers get dead ends, then I cant log in online to pay. Finally get online through calling cust. service for the millionth time and the fees werent waived.. Well, apparently this particular customer service rep can waive them (why couldnt the last one? Same phone number!!). So in the end, basically I have extra fees due to property manager incompetence and misinformation!! After I tried extra hard to make sure I wasnt going to get charged/go over/incur any late fees or fees otherwise! Incredible! I highly discourage public storage in general and especially this facility! Not to mention, the light bulb was broken inside the socket so we couldnt even use our own light bulb in there until we went and dug it out of there.

The other day my mother came into public storage to rent. michelle was outstanding and if I could give her 10 stars I would. My mother is handicapped in a wheelchair, everytime michelle spoke to her it was face to face around the counter. Michelle helped wheel her to her unit so she didnt stuggle wheeling herself, and even helped bundle her up because it was cold that day. She put my mother first and I appreciate knowing my mother was in good hands. When they got back michelle offered the best protection for my moms stuff you could tell she wasnt just trying to get her to buy but she really cared. My mom already brought her own lock but michelle insisted on a public storage lock. When it was time for my moms to sign her papers she brought a clip boardI around to her and went over all the paperwork so my mom felt comfortable with everything sheI was signing she was wonderful . Its good knowing my mother was taken care of when her children couldnt be with her , we hope to see michelle when we come . GodI bless

Came in with my uncle to rent a space at this location and the property manager Ms. Donna was very professional. She greeted us as soon as we walk through the door with smile and asked question in details room by room on what my uncle was storing at first I was like why so many question? She than explained that my uncle need to protect his things that he would be storing from beginning to end. After asking detailed question she went over benefits of the property gate hours etc. Upon completing paper she went over everything with my uncle what really put the icing on her customer attitude was when she walked us back outside to the key pad to ensure that the code worked properly and ask have she provide 5 star service I thought to myself my she have went beyond 5 star service I would definitely recommend others to rent at this location lastly the property was very clean.

I have had a pleasant and professional experience so far with the facility, clean and easily accessible. Ms. Donna the Property Manager, called me before I checked in to ensure that I could come in and sign in my lease while she was on shift. I missed my appointment time due to a moving conflict and she was still very nice and professional, which is rare these days in a lot of customer service businesses! And when I did get there, she took her time to explain everything to me. I even forgot my code once and she didnt hesitate to pull it up for me. I would also definitely recommend this Public Storage to a friend or relative! Keep up the good work, Ms. Donna!!

We had a great experience with the property manager, Donna. She arranged an appointment very soon after I booked the storage unit online. It was very clean and well-managed. Donna was very friendly and helpful and explained the terms of the lease. I would definitely recommend this location. Property manager Donna promptly called me upon my webpage application for a storage unit. The property appeared to be clean and well-managed and Donna was very professional in reviewing the terms of the lease and leasing me a unit. I found the prices to be very competitive and would recommend this to anyone looking for storage.

Clean space. Friendly and helpful property manager. Donna will show you various sized units if not sure what is needed. Competitive prices and good first time customer online promotions. Donna walked through terms of lease in a professional manner, she does encourage you to purchase materials, locks, packing boxes, insurance, etc but be sure to only buy what you really need. Although the prices seemed reasonable and they were running various specials. Process took longer than I would have liked, but overall a positive experience.

Donna is awesome! I was having difficulty paying my monthly storage bill. Donna gave me several units to look at within my range which was a big help. I was afraid to explain the situation to her but once I did she was able to make suggestions. I could have lost everything I owned! Donna knows each client by name and always has a smile. I have had storage units in the past but they never made me feel like I was special over all of there other clients. Public Storage Elkridge is truly one of the best.

Went in to pay my brother bill this morning knowing that he usually pay $202 a month to find out that the rate had gone up. The property manager Donna was very pleasant in explaining the rate increase. Not to mention the office and property is always well kept and clean. She really turned a bad experience for me today to a pleasant visit to the property I will tell all of my friends to rent at public storage elkridge because of her I can do attitude.....

I used my unit to house my items before shipping and have found her service above and beyond unlike over places I have been to over the years. I normally dont write reviews but I just had take some time and write this one .Making a reservation on line was very easy. Shortly after making my reservation I received a call from the property manger Donna. Once arriving to the property Donna took her time and explained everything about the property . She is awesome!! Great personality and very friendly!! She even taught me how to a new line dance! Thanks Donna!
