If you need to store something...DO IT HERE! No Im not an employee, owner or investor trying to do some shameless plug...Im a normal dude who needed to store some of my possessions. First and foremost the staff there are really personable, helpful and insightful. This was my first time ever using a storage facility and they made me feel comfortable, secure with possessions being stored here and even answered all my questions with a smile. And for that I am truly appreciative. I am not going to make this review some long, drawn out and detailed critique because I respect and value my time and others. Simply put...if you need some storage...go to this place, talk to the staff and select the option that is best for you....and you will be good to go!

Ive been a customer for a couple of years now. Ive noticed an assistant that works at my storage location on Richie Road. Shes there early, doing things (tcb). Ive seen her with mop & bucket...just doing work. Well a couple of weeks ago I went to pay my bill $$$ and she was behind the desk. I took the time to read her name tag. Turns out shes the General Manager, Lillian Colter! I told her that because I saw her always doing work, I figured she was an assistant. Im used to seeing management lag or not even do what usually gets passed down to others. I applaud her. Always thought she was special, now even more so. Class act. Please dont lose this one.

Lillian Colter and Arnaldo Andrade were an excellent example of what Customer Service should be. They were both helpful and informative and provided me with a joyful experience while professionally taking care of the business at hand. I was pleased to make the choice of CubeSmart for my storage since I was dealing with a last minute situation that required me to call around and get the right price and options that I needed. I previously rented a unit at Fort Knox Self Storage but they experienced a fire and requested we move our belongings. I found Cubesmart online and reserved a unit. When I arrived Antonae Hodge and Vanita Herald were very helpful. Antonae explained how Cubesmart works and answered all my questions. My unit was clean and ready when I arrived to move in. I had a very good experience in changing my unit from a 10x10 to a smaller unit, the available units were well lit and suited my needs. As the months go on Ill most likely down size again until I no longer in need of storing. It was my first experience in using storage units and I was pleasantly relieved that I was not overwhelmed by it because of the staff who showed much concern and patience. So I would definitely recommend this location.

I really like this Cubesmart. Im using storage at the Ritchie Station Location and Ms. Venita(I pray Im not wrong) was great. She was very helpful and professional. You made things very clear and easy for me. I would definitely recommend this storage facility. The location was perfect and there is ample driving space inside the gates.

I was skeptical when CubeSmart took over this location , but after the excellent customer service I experienced with Arnaldo im sold. Arnaldo patiently answered all of my questions 10minutes before closing on a Friday ! Arnaldo even had suggestions to help my storage needs. I am also satisfied with the facility.

Have been using this storage facility for a year now.... The storage unit is clean, I have. Lot of paper documents there is absolutely no sign of rodents roachs or bed bugs.... If I am to recommend any storage unit it would be this one... The staff are friendly and helpful
