I really cant say enough good things about this company and about my experience with American Portable Storage. The owner Dalton is a real class act. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and professionalism. He spoke to me with kindness and consideration like I was a familiar friend. I first called to inquire about a unit on 6/27 and had a unit delivered the morning of 6/29! He provides prompt service whereas all other companies were booking 5-7 days out. He followed up by squeezing me into a packed schedule the day following the July 4th holiday to transport my belongings to my new home on the same day I called. His prices are the lowest Ive found by far from any pod/mobile storage company servicing Maryland. When it comes to customer service Im generally hard to impress but Dalton really blew me away. Ill be referring him to any and everyone I know. Thank you so much, Dalton. Youre a superstar!
