I was recently notified that the lock on my storage bin had been cut by the facility because the bin was not locked to their standards. Certain standards had not been previously explained to me and I did not provide authorization for the lock to be cut. I was told that I would need to purchase a new lock. I requested to be provided a lock rather than having to purchase one since I did not receive a call or voicemail prior to the lock being removed. I simply received a letter in the mail stating what had been done. The site rep, Mrs. Lane and corporate customer service rep, Josh Harden, advised that the company would not provide me with another lock. The lock was only $5.00 at target but it was the principle. I had stored my belongings at their facility for over a year (on different occasions) and they were not willing to resolve an issue or customer service concern. I will not continue business with them. Their facility is safe and easy to access but service is important to me. This facility just doesnt put customer service first.

I used this storage facility and have had the worst experience ever. They charge you for the entire month no matter when you move out. This is not the typically policy amongst competitor storage facilities. I also experienced molding or mildew on my mattress and a comforter set. I was informed by the District Manager that there is no way of telling exactly what is on the mattresses and he also informed me that I could wipe it off and still use it. I find it extremely hard to understand how someone would tell another individual that although their may be suspected mold on their mattresses to wipe it off and still use them. The facility is horrible all the way to management. I have always used Extra Space Storage and will make sure I continue to use them for any further storage needs. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company. Their response to everything will be its within your policy documents. yea ok. Never again.

Stephanie is truly a sweet heart the first time I came here I was dealing with a lot. She was amazing very caring and understanding to my needs she told me she wanted to apologize to me for the bad experience that I had with public storage and would try to assist me anyway possible and that she did and this was in march and guess what Im back again she remember me and was even more pleasant then the first time she is most definitely a great asset to this ezstorge
