I M so very glad to be a Customer With Harrisburg Self Storage , Since 2012 and never had any Problems on any Payment with their Business, and with VICTOR SMITH. Im so happy With him AS a Property Manager in This Facility to Take care All Of us, as Customer Were!!!! including My Self in his Observation to his hospitality and his attention to Us!!!! So, My Conclusion to his Duty are Very EXELANT and very SUPER Person On his Right Space on DUTY as a Property MANAGER!!!! SO, THANKS A LOT to YOUR COMPANY!!!!!!

I had a bad experience here where, due to a clerical error the lock was cut off my unit and my unit was entered by the manager because he thought that I had not paid my rent for three months. Turned out that the unit number of the non-payer was almost the same as mine by one digit, which was how the error occurred. I received no apology from management at all, and I had to purchase another lock at my own expense. I also believe that a couple items were removed from my unit. I moved out within a week of the incident. The place was clean and very secure, but the manager was not professional at all.

The manager Vic is a great and nice guy he helped us out so much with the storage unit that we needed even gave us one that was bigger than what we need it to be. Its clean and quiet its very accessible the storage in to clean the even have sprinklers and every storage unit some actually have lights we were lucky to get one with the light all around the place is nice a perfect place to store your stuff and they have a great security systems I mean I dropped my keys there instead of Vic throwing them out he held onto them until I called two weeks later great place I recommend it to everyone.

Harrisburg Self Storage is convieniently located between the city and several surrounding municipallities. The manager is caring, polite and very professional. He keeps a clean, safe space for his costumers to store their things. As a small business owner of Miss Glynis School of Dance it has been a pleasure to work with the owner through the manager of the site to provide such quality service to myself and any or all of my clients that are in need of storage.

Extremely reasonable price for our 5x8 space - only a few bucks more than 5x5 spaces elsewhere in Hbg and less expensive than 5x10 spaces elsewhere in Hbg. The owner/ manager is very friendly - he worked past the end of day to accommodate us. The storage facility is kept clean and well-lit. The temperature is quite comfortable. The security of the facility is tight. I am very pleased that we chose Harrisburg Self Storage!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me get into a unit immediately. They provide locks/keys and furniture covers right at the unit to buy which was very helpful. The units are clean and all charges were explained to me upfront. They also have an automatic pay system which was very conveient.

I am a dance instructor at Ms Glynis School of Dance in Penbrook and use the self storage units at Kline Plaza. The hours are very convient to my work hours and allow me to access my site from 600am to 1000pm everyday I need to. The manager is always helpful and on site if needed.
