It was wonderful! The desk person,Elijah was very, very helpful and pleasant. He was knowledgeable, patient and answered each of my questions fully and completely. The unit itself is spacious and and clean. I liked that it was on the second floor of an elevatored building. What I did not like was the hidden additional fees that were not posted on the website. The first month rent of one dollar did not apply to the 5X10 Sq ft unit, but I was able to get 50% off the first months rent. Overall, acting property manager, Elijah, turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. I hope the "higher ups" in the company recognize his talent for handling people and his very people friendly personality. He did not compromise the company when giving me choices and information that I needed when discussing the options available to me. Ginnie S

Perfect! They had a sale going that gave me 50% of my rental for as long as I keep the spaces, cant beat that! Their prices were lower than I expected to start with, but with the sale on top of that, I ended up getting three units for less than what I expected to pay for one. Even better, they got me three on the same floor. The facility appears clean and well cared for, there wasnt a speck of grime to be found anywhere, I really expected a storage place to feel grubbier, but the empty units they showed me couldnt have been cleaner and the hallways and outsides of the units gleamed. And as a bonus, the staff (I dealt with Shawn and Jill) were not just polite but downright fun to deal with. I wish all retail experiences were like this. I wish I always stumbled into 50% off sales too, lol, what a deal!

I rented a 10x20 for 1.5 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is climate controlled.There are good bathrooms. It is (relatively speaking--as far as storage units go) clean. Downsides: biggest downside is no dumpster. I was told their only trash is the little trash bucket in the ladies room. Everyone knows that when you move, you have lots of left over debris, unwanted items to throw away. Well, prepare to load up your car and schedule a ride to the dump when it is open to dispose of everything. Very inconvenient. The other downside is that the rates are high and getting higher. If I had to do it over again, I would check w/ other units in the area to find one with a dumpster & better rates. Again, though, the staff is very helpful and accommodating. Adrian was especially responsive to any needs I had.

I have been a customer of PS for 3+ years. I retired and had to downsize before moving into my condo. PS was at the bottom of the hill, less than a mile away. While all of the staff has been helpful over the years, I need to mention my recent experience with the new manager Karisa. She has truly listened to my concerns over the storage expense. She recommended consolidation. After reviewing the options, I had to agree that she has been the most helpful since using PS on Padonia Rd, Lutherville, Maryland. Karisa was not only upfront about the options; she was polite, courteous and helpful with the move and locating a different but convenient unit. 5 Stars for Karisa...she is model for PS Storage managers and employees. I have been here almost a year now....and since I have met Ms. Octavia she has been such a pleasure to deal with. She has a sweet and caring spirit. I enjoy coming to this public storage. It clean not only in the storage area but in the front store. As a somewhat retired customer service rep, I believe that she displays all the qualities of an excellent representative and any company should be honored to have her working for them. And yes, I would and have recommended this public storage to friends and family.

Everyone I have dealt with at Public Storage, from the people working at the front desk (Jill, Elijah, Danielle) to the customer service department (Latoya, Sandy) to the district manager (Eric Washington), has been polite, professional, and extremely helpful. They answered my questions and provided whatever assistance I needed. The facility itself is clean and orderly. I highly recommend Public Storage Timonium if you are looking for any type of storage space.

It is the best location. It has the best staff. They are helpful amazingly patient and give us advice whenever we need it. Awesome !!!! Thank you Breanna! I could store my stuff anywhere but I come to the facility because Breanna is there, helping me, giving me and everyone who come into the storage facility her very best.....every time!!!!. This is my first storage experience. I had no idea that this facility had hundreds of units and a good variety of different sizes. Octavia was very professional in answering all my questions even though she was working by herself. and had other customers. She took the time to show me different sized units and took the time to explain all aspects of the lease. Very nice facility and convenient location right off of I-83 at Padonia.

You cant go wrong using Public Storage! The manager Breanna is absolutely amazing. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she makes it a point to provide the customer with exactly what they want. Moving is stressful, and if youre like me, youre often overwhelmed and under prepared. Breanna helps you think out your plan and provides suggestions to make sure you receive enough space at a price you cant beat. $1 first month- WOW!

She also had all the necessary items ready so that my experience went smoothly. There facility is very well kept and maintained. Very nice facility, clean and very safe. Breanna helped me with the whole process since this was my first time renting a storage unit. She made it very easy for me and selected a storage unit that was close to the elevators knowing that I was a senior and could use an easy location. Breanna was very professional and I didnt feel rushed at all which meant a lot. I highly recommend this location.

Marisa worked with me on rentals and sold me supplies. She did a terrific job and answered all my questions re storage, access, etc. Because of her help, the experience was great at the start, and consistent with the high quality of the units, good temperature control, etc. I could not rate the experience more highly in terms of customer service and value for the money.

Simply enjoyed everything about this company. Octavia walked me and my wife through the building as seemed to no everything about the business. She talked with us about every possible way we could store our stuff and not spend too much because we are on a budget. I would give her more stars but your link dont have any more.
