The staff is nice and friendly, although the weekend morning I was there was only one person working and she was working as fast as humanly possible. Things would have been easier for her and faster for customers had she had help. The sign out front states they have safety deposit boxes, however girl working was unaware of them. Storage units are very clean however have seen bugs running around in Halls Although there is a dumpster behind building, I was not informed it is not for tenant use at all. We were scolded for attempting to put a blanket in it.

Do not mess with this vendor when you want to rent a U-haul. Their practices are shady and they are very unprofessional. They charged me an additional fuel charge of $50.00 for a truck that I rented from them claiming that the truck was only 7/8 full after I had filled the tank before I returned it myself! Oh and the lady on the phone told me that she verified this herself. I dont know her! But one thing that I do know... they will not get my business again. You live and learn so just beware of Tower Self Storage in Waldorf, MD.
