I got a unit to store my furniture and other belongings. I was there for almost a year. When I went to check on my things, all my stuff was covered in mold and runied by water damage. The district manager Alex Sanchez who I have tried to contact 3 times will not return my calls. I have used storage facilities for the last 3 years and this was by far the worst. I dont even need a storage unit anymore because everything I own in storage is now at the dump and the manager didnt even have the curtesy to apologize. You get what you pay for folks...dont go there and dont expect good customer service. After I reported the damage they raised my fees and made me pay a fee after I vacated. I tried to call the insurance company about my loss and they will not return my calls either. Sedgwick Claims management services.

Great place to rent cant say enough good things about Becky . Her customer service is super great . Went over the list of items I would be storing with me to make sure I was getting a unit big enough to fit everything in . The locks are high security here , I have never seen any like they have here. Property is nice and clean , but only thing I really did not like was that I had to go to the bathrrom and the facilties is a porta potty . Sorry I just could not use it . Please public storage install a bathroom and then you will be the best ever. I gave 5 star review because of Becky .

I do not usually take time to blog or write reviews; however, my visit at this facility was so pleasant, I thought giving kudos was well deserved. During my visit, I spoke with Ms. Kiera. She exulted a comprehensive understanding of the company and did not have a problem answering the many questions I asked. During my thousand-question marathon, she remained patient and pleasant. Ms. Kiera had a great attitude, was a good listener. I would recommend this company.

Place is run down and needs a renovation. The lights my storage unit and in the hallway do not work. The day I signed my agreement the employee Kiera said they would be fixed that day. Three weeks later and Im still stumbling around in the dark. At this point in time I have talked to three different employees about the issue with no resolution. Im going to take a fall eventually and get hurt. So I would not recommend these units or the staff.

I dont have a unit here but I came to help my friend Patricia move in and we definitely got great customer service from Lashana! She was outside walking around the property when we pulled up with the moving truck. She helped us open the door also took the time to sweep the unit out and sprayed the door. She really made us feel good about storing here. If I ever needed a storage unit I would come here!

I had an outstanding experience today at pubilc storage crofton. The young lady Lashana was absolutely outstanding. She explained and answered all of my questions and was very professional. I would say that I would definitely come back here to do business especially with me deploying to Afghanistan for 18 months. Its good to know that my property will be safe and secure upon my return.

This review is long over due! The young lady Lashana that works there gave me extraordinary service! Im moving and I was in need of help shopping for stuff to move, I only came for boxes and she helped me pick out items to protect my furniture. that I wouldnt even think of that I need. Shes great and I will come here when im ready to store my items. Thanks Lashana!

Ive been price shopping around for a storage unit for when Im ready to move, in the mist I had stopped by to get some boxes at this location and Lashana was absolutely helpful and nice about helping me get all the items I need to help with packing. I came in today needing materials to store goods in my attic. Dominique recommended stretch wrap to cover up my old dresser containing paper work because he stated that it wouldnt "deteriorate. He was very helpful and i appreciated the service. I would recommend any one to get their supplies from Public Storage, they are very friendly and easy to deal with.

Rhonda was terrific and helpful and wonderfully kind. She took the time and patients to set me up with exactly what i needed and her customer service was quite refreshing in a day and age where more and more people couldnt care less about customer service. This is definitely the best storage unit experience ive had to date.

Couldnt be more satisfied! Staff is always helpful and the location is always clean and accessible. Never a problem to speak of. Just the other day Rick came over to see if I needed anything, and even though I was good to go, he still made a couple updates to my storage unit that I didnt even know about. Thanks again!!

I came today browsing for packing supplies, while i was at this location Dominique provided excellent service, he was very knowledgeable about the products that i needed, he did a great job protecting all of my items. Prior to me moving in, I went to view a unit and the young lady was very friendly! When I went to sign the paper work Rick was very helpful and efficient. My move in was a great experience and they even called to see how things were. Friendly staff and would recommend this storage place.

I highly recommend Gambrills Public Storage to people who need extra space. Angel who works there is awesome. She was very friendly, extremely helpful, and patient. She showed us all the options of storages there and was willing to answer any questions we had. Awesome staff and space!

Came in with my husband today to rent a space and Dominique was very helpful on what size unit to choose. He showed us several units to compare sizes and was very informative. Customer service was GREAT! I would definitely recommend this location anytime as long as Dominique is there.
