Ive been in for less than a month, but its perfect for me. I used Public Storage in Crofton/Gambrills over the previous 5 years. At ezStorage Im paying the same price for a slightly smaller unit, but the entire building is climate controlled, as well as newer, cleaner, and more modern. Load in is so much easier: I no longer have to navigate narrow alleyways that could be blocked by careless drivers; now I just back right up to the garage doors, with push carts right next to the elevators. Public Storage claimed they had carts, but they were never convenient so I never bothered. Most importantly, security is so much better at ezStorage. A couple years ago at Public Storage, a number of inside units were broken into, including mine: the thieves just pried open the doors which bent the latches; no need to cut any locks. Fortunately my loss was negligible (not true for others), but the same would not happen at ezStorage because all units are housed within a secure, alarmed building, rather than inside a chain-link fence. On top of that, ezStorage management lives on premises. Overall, ezStorage provides everything I want from a storage facility.

I am a person who believes "all businesses" seeking my patronage should excel in Customer Satisfaction. I found the on duty Manager at this location to be a true professional; informative, efficient, accomodating, great listener, and totally customer oriented! The registration process was quick, shared invaluable information which aided Im me determining my needs. The facility is spotless, easy entry for unloading and moving items to storage location, great security system and in a great location. Prior to me settling on this location, I visited two other locations, and no others came close to the amenities or management at this location.

I walked in to ex storage in bowie needing a storage unit. I didnt know how big I needed, so after talking to lorriane and fred they guided me in the right direction with a good size unit that fits my needs. There were very polite and kind. I felt a sense of a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. They walked me through the contract for renting .even answered my questions about the contact and payment. I would recommend everyone who needs storage , come to fred and lorriane. .

Never new storage was so nice, very clean facility. I was shown units by Mr. Fred, elderly gentleman and very nice, he always smiled and also made me laugh. Mr. Fred told me about the facility features and how to open the bay doors, codes etc. I was impressed by the office manager Lorraine and her knowledge of everything storage. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing to store.

Military beware!!! This places policies are so intractable, they have no way of working with local family when its an active duty member stationed outside of the area and unable to be here in person to sign papers.
