Im not one to sit down and write a review , but it will be unconscionable not to do so after the wonderful treatment from ED. What made his kindness very remarkable is that he didnt have to. I bought a car at the auction storage back in November 2013 , and has been unable to obtain a title to it till date. Fred , the district manager has been so unprofessional in handling this. Though ED was not part of this auction , yet he listened so patiently and has tried to no avail to resolve this. He even made me to smile in-spite of my frustration before leaving his office. Keep it up ED, you should be the district manager. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PUBLIC STORAGE UNLESS THEY HAVE THE TITLE !!!! FOUR MONTHS , WORTHLESS CAR, NO TITLE, NO REFUND . NO HELP FROM THE DISTRICT MANAGER.

The staff members are very professional. I was able to rent a large 10 X 30 unit. The unit was clean, however, the garage door was a bit rusty and somewhat difficult (and noisy) to open. I do not receive any special promotions, like 1st month for a buck, due to the lack of availability on the large units. There is limited parking at the front of the location. The main issue for me is the access hours: 6am to 9pm. I was told that 24 hour access could not be granted under any circumstances due to a new security policy/system. Management was receptive to my feedback and I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I stopped into the bowie store to see if I could check my account. Ray was getting ready to close the office for the day. Even though it was close to closing his customer service was exceptional!! He was pleasant a professional. He let me know that everything was OK with my account. I recently had a problem with my bank card and I wanted to make sure that everything was OK prior to my first payment. Ray was able to give me the information and talked with me to let me know what I will be able to do if this happens again. I truly appreciated the assistance and his exceptional customer service. Very professional young man.

My name is Scott and I own two Lawn Dr. franchises in the Bowie/Crofton area.I have used my local Public Storage facility for the past 4 years and have been very pleased to date.The location is perfectly placed in between my servicing areas.The lot itself is very accommodating to my fertilizer suppliers due to the easy access in and out of the lot.Deliveries are always quick and easy due to its massive driving space.I have never had a problem with anyone trying to tamper with my unit. When I have any situations that arise in which I need assistance,Ed the store Manager is always there to lend a helping hand.

After a painful and sudden move, this Public Storage location and associate service saved the day. I was thoroughly impressed by the location in itself; its convenience, cleanliness and customer service that was provided by Ray. After not being able to decide on a storage unit size, Ray took the time to explain the benefits of the different units and recommended the one he thought would work best for my personal needs. I truly appreciate his efforts and attentiveness and would refer anyone to this facility. Thank you Ray for your outstanding service!!!

Ed was wonderful. When my credit card was hacked in the Target debit card situation, I relied on the bank to help me do a sweep of the recurring accounts but it missed the public storage. Ed was so nice when he called, it was hassle free and he was wonderful to work with. When I had to go to the property to set things up again, I witnessed Ed being as professional and courteous to another client as he had been to me. This kind of customer service is just what I had hoped for. Great job!

I was unsure about renting a storage unit and didnt know the questions to ask. The property manager Ed was helpful and explained everything to me. He made suggestions about the proper size unit and even gave me packing advise. I purchased my packing supplies signed up for automatic payments. Ed and public storage did everything except move me. Im very grateful that I found someone so knowledgeable.

Ive been to other Public Storages so I was skeptical about using their storage location due to bad experiences. But I just moved here and had a few things to put away in storage so I went to this location and was helped by Nia. She was fantastic! Perfect customer service, great manager, super helpful and so nice. She made my move in very easy and smooth. Everything was organized and clean. 5 stars!

NIA M. has been very helpful from start. Even when I decided to switch units, she came with some suggestions. She answered all my questions with patience and showed all the units I wanted to see. I came in today to check out some units and Kristine was very helpful she even showed me several units so I could see what I might need she even showed me products I can use to protect my belongings. I am not able to do my move right now but, because of the great customer service I will definitely be back to this public storage to store my belongings.

Cenae helped me determine what size storage would work best for me, offered me additional products that I needed which was convenient for me. Although the price charged for the unit is far more than it should be the service provided by the manager Ed, is exceptional. Not only is he very friendly and cooperative, when problems have occurred he makes every effort to rectify the problems (almost always very successfully) even faster than one would expect from a manager.
