The men worked very hard and late into the day. When I called Groffs and expressed to them these guys are wearing out I asked if there was additional help and they said "no" and would have to keep working. These fellas worked late into the evening starting at 8 in the morning. I was very specific that office and bedroom had to go into the small grey trailer and it did not happen. I am now without check books, medicines and other important documentation along with clothes that I dont have. Would I recommend this company, sadly no. There were times I saw them loading things that belonged in the small trailer being taken to the semi and I had to redirect them. Unfortunately I could not be there the whole time but two rooms is not overwhelming to be sure they get in the small trailer. I wanted to stay local and thought this company would be a good one. Two days in a row I have called regarding my things but I am told they came in late and could not talk with them. They have phones, why arent you calling them? A move is distressful enough now when very important things are missing it is ever more stressful. Extremely disappointing.

I was referred to use this company. I put in a direct request from their site at the same time i requested for multiple quotes on another site. I received many quotes in a very short time but ended up having to call Goeff for a quote. Dear Mr Goeff the person answering the phone needs a lesson in customer service. She was not helpful at all and i agree with another person a bit rude. Note: i called with the prenotion that the other person was probably just being too demanding. I barely asked a couple questions and felt like i was bothering her. I didnt even ask for a quote. I cant help to think i am not the only potential customer you have lost.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked them a month in advance and was given an 11-2 window for pickup. 2pm came and went with no call from the company or explanation of any kind. I started to wonder if I had the wrong day written on my calendar. I called the manager to find out why the truck was running late and when I could expect them, she was the most unprofessional employee. Her name was Stacy Vuxta and she could not have been more disrespectful and unhelpful. The truck finally showed up more than 3 hours late. Beware when hiring this company, confirm and reconfirm every detail up front.

These guys were excellent. They were efficient and very careful with everything they moved and were especially careful to place every piece exactly where it needed to be at the new location. This is the second move Ive participated in with this company, and both of them have gone off like clockwork. If I ever have to move myself they will certainly get a call from me.
