I had a very positive experience finding a safe and convienent storage unit at this location. I was given a very friendly greeting when I first walked through the front doors. Both Chelsea and the manager on duty listened to my needs and gave excellent recommendations on different unit sizes that would work for the items I need to store. Chelsea was able to show me two different size storage spaces and helped me envision how my items might fit. I felt she was very personable and easy to work with. I liked the gated security entrance and cleanliness inside and outside of the building. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends who are looking for a place to store their personal items.

Millersville Public Storage Manager, Christine, was absolutely phenomenal during my visit at the 8396 location. She maintained a warm, friendly and very patient demeanor the entire time I was there. I was very inquisitive and even changed my mind about a unit. Christine still maintained a professional, patient and positive demeanor as she completely revised the paperwork for another unit. Came in and saw Christine about renting a unit for the next 30 days and I have to say how impress I was with the service . Christine is very nice told me all about storage and tour the property which I say is very clean . She went over what I was planning on storing to make sure my stuff was going to fit in the unit I wanted , she also went over packing supplies . I really thought I had everything but realized i did not. I will make sure that if friends need storage they go to this location .

Stopped in to buy supplies so my sister and I could pack up our mothers kitchen . Christine and Tiffany were such a great help they got us everything we would need . We got wrapping paper , tape , tape gun for the tape to make it easier to tape up the boxes we got . They even asked if we needed them to put the roll of tape on the tape gun , which was so nice . We even got a pack of 10 boxes and only paid for 9 boxes . What a great deal and wonderful people working there .

Christine was very nice and knew her job well. She made sure my vehicle would fit before starting any paperwork...the only complaint I had was the price I was given when I called to make the reservation was $25.00 plus local taxes..so Im thinking $25 +tax. It was 61.00 & change no one mentioned an administrative fee,insurance etc. I should have been given all the info during my initial call..otherwise everything was fine...

Convenient location from where I live, and open during the weekends! Met a very friendly and courteous man named Ed; he was awesome during the whole process of getting my financial documents completed in a timely manner, showing me the storage space, and made recommendation of materials for my packing needs. I made the reservation online and quickly got a call back to confirm and answer any questions. When I arrived to finalize the rental, Chelsea was fantastic to work with. She was extremely nice & very cheerful while taking me to the unit and explaining everything in the clean, well cared for facility. She is one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with and worth asking for.

While I had a storage area here I always was greeted with a friendly person when paying my bill. The location was very near my house so I liked to pay in person. The space and halls was always nice and clean. I was called if the electricity went out and any problems may come up in which I found very responsible. If I should ever need another storage space I would come back here for sure.

I find this Public Storage location very clean, and organized. The manager Dana is always friendly,courteous, and very understanding. She seems to have hired and trained the other employees to be the same. I have never just stopped in to pay a bill or move items without getting a nice greeting. I have recommended this location to my friend near by too because of the service here.

So far, nothing but stellar customer support. Insurance offerings are poor at best. I will be getting my own insurance. Was "tail gated" through the gate on my first visit by someone who tried and failed to punch in their own number. This is a security concern. Next time I will block the entrance with my car until the gate closes behind me. You should suggest others do the same.

Tiffany was very helpful with helping me to find packing materials. She asked me about the things I was storing & then she went to work. I got some discounted boxes and some other items. Overall I was pleased that I was able to get all the things I needed. I have used public storage locations before to store my items. I liked that the employees are always friendly & helpful.

Christine seemed very eager to help me move in. She confirmed my appointment via email and text and was ready when I got there to fill out the paperwork. The sight is right off of Veterans Highway. There is easy access from 97. The sight is clean, well lit, and easy to get into and out of. I am very happy with the move in experience.

Best service ever at public storage in millersville . Had everything possible to purchase to protect my stuff for my up coming move . I bought the storage pack and it was great , but I also got a few extra items like clean paper to wrap stuff and a few wardrobes so I dont have to get my suites cleaned and pressed after the move .

Great customer service, but it is hard to not feel like a bait-and-switch was pulled on me when they raise the rates after six months. My only option is to cancel contract and up and move to another facility. If I had the time and energy I would. Not cool in my book. But, rumor has it all the storage facilities do this. :-(
