I originally reserved a unit with a local competitor - but when we arrived the day before the move, the unit was not as described. I called Extra Space an hour before they closed, and the girls were amazing. They found units that fit our requirements, and were incredibly kind and professional. The units are clean and well maintained. We will absolutely recommend to our friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here (Trout Road, Annapolis). The staff really knows what customer service is and the unit and grounds were very clean. If we werent moving, I would continue to use this location. Thank you to the onsite manager for hearing my needs and working to make this an easy move for me.
