What a terrific storage facility. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and display a willingness to help the customer. Ms. Wright assisted me from making certain I requested the appropriate size storage unit to thoroughly explaining every aspect of contract/payment process. Extra Space Storage is very clean with very well lighting and ease with the elevators and having carts available for use. I had reservations at several other facilities but the moment I walked into Extra Space Storage and received such outstanding customer service, I immediately secured my unit and canceled at the other facilities without ever visiting them.

The employees at this venue was very helpful, the environment is very clean and safe. i like the idea of the security pin to both enter and exit the main gates and to go up and down in the elevator. I feel very safe entering the premises after business hours. Limitations: The availability of carts if there is more than 2-3 individuals/families moving in or out of their units. The self access after hours can be a little later, prob until midnight.

After doing a cross-country move, I had to find a place to put all my stuff and this is the first time I had ever used storage. The process was made so easy and the employees are great, honest, and straight forward. They even provide dollys for you to help you out with your move. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to store in this area. Their building is secure, super clean, and the prices are really affordable. Again, I highly recommend!

The first day we walked into Extra Space Storage David immediately assisted my wife and I he showed us the variety of spaces available we picked the climate controlled space we needed and within a short time we signed the contract David explained everything to us showed us how to get into the property using your own private access code and the next day we filled our storage space. Everyone is very courteous and helpful at this Extra Space Storage.

WoW..... this place is completely amazing! From the staff, to the facility, to the cleanliness, everything about storing here is pleasurable. Jamie is extremely nice, and very helpful! I had to store some of my ex-husbands things so he wouldnt get them during the divorce, and let me tell you, the security here is top notch! I love all the Tv screens in the front office, and how the storage unit has an alarm...... LOVE this place!!!

I went into extra space this morning looking for an unit and I was assisted by Adia and Jamie immediately. I was very impressed with their knowledge and attentiveness they both displayed. I was shown two different sized units.However I wasnt able to buy one today, I have to clear it with the Mrs first. But I wanted to write this review due to the quality of service I received. I have had my storage here for over a year. Had 24hr access because I keep my motorcycle there...new property manger comes , I cant park my car there anymore and also I go to put my bike back in storage tonight 11pm...Im all of sudden denied access. I do believe if she had a problem with it she should have called me first....this is ridiculous... I have never had a problem with anyone there ...until now...

Ive had a great experience thus far at this storage location. It was referred to me by my sister, and I have not regretted the decision once. I feel safe visiting the facility alone and I love the level of security offered. My only complaint (if you can even really call it a complaint) is that while I rent two units, I had to pay administrative fees on both, even though I rented them at the same time.

First time using a storage place, and its been a great experience the assistant store manager who helped me, Olisha black was super sweet, nice, & helpful with all my questions. Also, Not only is it pretty cheap to rent one but its really clean in the entire place. AND I got the smaller one and its still decent sized unit. All in all I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Great Customer Service! The manager (Carissa) was friendly, knowledgeable, very efficient and really seems to know how to treat customers well. Even though a blizzard had just hit the area the facility was neat and clean (even the parking lot). Having an on site manager is certainly a plus. Overall a great experience. Definitely will recommend this site.

I first used Extra Space Storage while living in San Diego 6 years ago and loved the value and quality of their facilities. After searching for one locally I was thrilled to learn one was opened within the year nearby. This facility is even nicer than its SD counterpart and aside from the Maryland mandated insurance fee I could not be any happier!

Olisha B. was an amazing help! She got me in and out. We covered everything I could imagine for my space. She was a dream to work with also very knowledgeable about the process. I visited this facility to purchase moving boxes and inquire about renting a unit. The place is very clean and impressive as well as the staff. Jamie gave me a tour and explained policy and procedure in detail, all of my questions and concerns were addressed. If I do need extra space, Ill definitely rent a unit from this facility.

I have 2 units at this facility and theyve been nothing but friendly, helpful, and professional, and Carissa really knows how to get you the best deal, which makes me want to continue using their services for as long as possible. Olisha was very helpful. I visited the location and she showed me a few options. I was on the fence about this place since there are others for cheaper rent. But, what sold me was the customer service from Olisha. The facility is clean and bright. I have seen others in my search that were not kept up in the facilities area.
