I stopped by Extra Space Storage to look at available units. I didnt realize until I arrived that they were due to close in 20 minutes. I apologized to Ms. Robynne Terry for coming late and she told me not to worry she would help me with my needs. She stayed late to explain and show me available units. When I described what I planned to put in the storage she gave me arrangement ideas. Never once did she rush me or tell me to come back the next day. She worked with me while I contacted my insurance company to get required documentation. When I say Ms. Robynne went above and beyond my expectation of support that doesnt touch the surface. She is polite, professional, knowledgeable and an extremely nice person. I appreciate her time, patience and support. Thank you Robynne.

BEWARE: Dont Rent Here! Extra space Storage is all about making more and more money without the slightest intention of fulfilling its marketing, policies, and promises! Customer service: Ed is great and tries to go out of his way to help you! Robyn on the other hand its all about her. She doesnt know what it means to be professional or resolve situations proactively and quickly. The office refuses to give out the name and contact information of their supervisor as required by law and nor any legal information for the company. If you have conflict or something that happens that is wrong you will be SOL!

I reserved a space online late last night and was surprised to receive a follow up call this morning. I had the pleasure of meeting with Ed and obtaining my storage unit. He took the time to give me a tour, show me two units to compare and ensure that my code worked prior to me leaving. People such as Ed remind you of something that is lacking in many businesses these days: true customer service. Many businesses claim customer service, but Extra Space Storage through Ed exemplified customer service.

This is the best storage facility in the area. I would highly recommend it to everyone. To be able to drive in and park right next to your unit is priceless. Ed was very helpful and professional. When things were going all wrong during my move he helped me make the right decision on the size storage I would need and did everything to help ensure me that everything was going to be ok! Ed is amazing! Excellent client service! Immaculate storage facility. This location is one of (if not) the most clean Facilities I have seen in Maryland and I have seen many!
