They are horrible! I had my belongings in that storage unit for over 7 years. I never had any problems. They were great to deal with until this management company took over a few months ago. Now they are very unprofessional and quite nasty. They were very condascending towards me. Thats why I got my stuff out of there as quick as I could! They have very poor customer service skills. The district manager is the worst of them. The manager told me one thing to get me to keep my things there and the dm told me a month later that they wont honor that and thats why the mgr got fired. They also have a very high turnover rate! No one has any clue what theyre doing. Theyre just there to take your money. And when I moved my belongings out, it took them 3 weeks to get me my deposit back. The one girl who works there told me the dm was holding it up. We also found mouse droppings on all of our things. I would NEVER tell anyone to use that facility. Its not worth the hastle! There are other facilities close by.

just got back from a year deployment, and Carlins kept my vehicle safe, secure, and dry at a very low cost. Id done POV storage plenty of times before and thought I knew what to expect; damp, buggy enclosures, and less-than-professional staff. Carlins exceeded my every expectation -- giving me an unadvertised 10% military discount, so I got a cavernous 10x30 double-doored space for what Id pay for a 10x20 anywhere else! Plenty of room to get in & out, and the entire lot is gated and under video surveillance. A GREAT value Id recommend to anyone in Lebanon or Cumberland county. Darla is courteous and attentive, and made my stay enjoyable. THANK YOU CARLINS!

Great storage facility. I parked my Corolla inside one of the storage units for two months and nothing bad happened. Great security, got a good deal for the bill, and managed to purchase with it a lock. I would recommend going to 422 self storage if you have precious items and dont want anything bad happen to it.
