I am an ex-client of U. S. Storage Center. I used their services from October 16, 2014 thru April of this year, 2016. During such time, I had a pretty good experience, meaning that the customer service as far as a month-to-month interaction is concerned, was great. I feel their facility is secure. I would recommend U. S. Storage Center as it also always for 24hr access to your personal property...something most storage centers do not offer. U. S. Storage Center also offers great move-in options; I had a choice of a rent discount on my first months rent or use of their truck to move my belongings into their facility. HOWEVER, I must warn you that if your items get damaged on their property and U. S. Storage Center have to pay up; they will terminate your lease the next month. You see, due to neglect, U. S. Storage failed to remove all snow from in front of the storage units causing the snow when it melted to back up into the storage unit and when the temperature dropped it cause a sheet of ice to form. Nonetheless, what I did not realize was that unless you pay U. S. Storage an addition rental fee each month, which is not insurance though it implies that it is, U. S. Storage lease agreement says U. S. Storage is NEVER liable for ANY damage to YOUR property...even if U. S. Storage is negligent and at fault. For my damage property, U. S. Storage Center first offered me a measly $500 of my $4733.50 loss because, I did not pay the "additional rent," which if I did; up to $2500 would have been cover, but under certain terms. My insurance company unfortunately did not approve claims of damage caused in that manner. I filed against them in District court and U. S. Storage centers wanted to settle out of court, I refused. On March 16, 2016, I received a moderate settlement, less than want I originally sued for and on April 25, 2016, I received a certified letter that my lease was being terminated. I had to vacant my stored items by May 31, 2016 or my personal property will be thrown out. Keep in mind that I have NEVER been late on my rent. Renters beware, as those terms I spoke of, U. S. Storage lease also says that you, “...cannot storage artwork, jewelry, antiques, heirlooms, collectibles, or any property having special or sentimental value." If you storage these items, DESPITE paying the "additional rent" for damages or lose, etc., you WILL NOT be compensated. Isnt storing property having special or sentimental value the reason we use a storage facility...to secure whats valuable or worthy of safety? In conclusion, U. S. Storage Center is a great place to storage your personal property if youre looking for a secure facility with 24hr access that allows you to use their truck to move your property into their storage facility, HOWEVER, as long as you do not store anything of value at U. S. Storage Center, pay U. S. Storage Centers "additional rent" thats not insurance to protect your non-valuable items, and/or never have a loss (damage to your personal property), you will be very happy with U.S. Storage Centers, as I once was.

I would really like to thank US Storage Center for allowing me to use there storage unit, which was a last min. decision for me... I REALLY want to thank Troy for waiting for me to get their,and taking the time to go over everything with me,without rushing the process, seeing that I was late. The unit he gave me was just perfect n near light which was also perfect for me,and your prices are great.,So thank you so much Troy Duncan for your time and patience, I would highly recommend your storage center to anyone I know that is looking and everyone else I know. I have been a customer of US Storage for approx.. 1 year. I was recommended by a good friend. This was my first time renting a storage unit so I had a lot of questions. I met and spoke to the manager and asst. manager a few months before I decided to rent. They were pleasant, patient, helpful and knowledgeable of the company policies. I was shown a few different size units and was pleased with how clean they were. I have recommended several of my family members and friends. I am very pleased with my experience with US storage.

My experience is wonderful! I had rented a garage before and this storage company is absolutely the best compared to my prior experiences. Troy and Ron the managers were professional, informative, prepared, welcoming and friendly. The location is well designed, dry, clean and secure with a gated entrance that allows 24 x 7 access, Security is important to me since I am a female and frequently access the unit by myself. I am so glad I found this U.S. Storage location!!

Horrible! MY property was damaged they are very unprofessional!!!! Take ur money and property elsewhere. Ive been tryna get a claim number for my damaged property for a month. Ive been calling and calling! Every month my storage was paid. Took my things out and they were damaged. Still havent been compensated or even apologized too! Worse experience EVER!!! Ive called the district manager corporate noone has contacted me yet!

Very rude manager Carlos makes everything harder than it has to be, he will even go as far as to lie about services he can provide just to give you a hard time. He even refuses to give you his district managers info. But the District manager is professional and quick to resolve any issues, as well as assistant manager is absolutely great and friendly goes above and beyond she should be the manager.

U.S. storage is great. I was in New Jersey moving to Baltimore City and I called down to get prices for storage. The Manager was excellent on the phone. He gave all the details I needed including a discount for first time renters. That was in the summer of 2012 and am still renting. Over all I have had a great experience. I recommend anyone in need of storage space to call U.S. storage.

So now a month or two later I am here happily ready to store my things. This is a great place...and of course Ron did the best job ever...from phone conversation to the initial visit.
