I had a great experience renting from this public storage, its the one across from starbucks and the condos. I originally went ot hte public storage down the street across from audi since I was getting my oil changed and figured I had some time ot kill so why not get this mundane boring task over with since I needed a storage unit for some xmas stuff that was still overtaking my rather small apartment. I had a lock and was told I couldnt use it at the one across from audi, and they seemed uninterested in helping me for some reason anyway. It looked like they were about to goto lunch, so oh well. Sorry to have interrupted? So I marched on up the street since a little excercise never hurts and like most people thats one of my new years resolutions. I was greeted by a friendly woman who welcomed me and asked how she could be of service. I told her I needed a storage unit for some boxes. She asked me a few questions and told me she has just the right size for me, we chatted about xmas stuff of course and turns out its one of her favorite times of year too. She grabbed a lock and some papers and we headed out to check out a unit. I mentioned I already had a lock and she asked if I had it with me. I didnt but described the lock to her, she showed me her lock that was much beefier than mine so she suggested it was probably a good choice I get this lock since I was already here and could go ahead and wrap this up and get it off my "honey do" list. First unit was a success and just as I pictured.. an empty box! So we locked it up, headed back, and she got me out of there in no time. Handed over my keys like I was buying a new car! I had to laugh about that. I forget her name and I feel bad about that but she made a boring task pretty quick and painless! I noticed she had a big iced tea from starbucks and suggested I try out the green tea, which I did and it was a good wrap up to an otherwise boring day of running errands, so Im going to stop in soon and bring her a starbucks gift card for being so helpful. thank you!!!!

The person on duty today (7/1/14 @ about 10:30am) at my facility (who I believe was the manager), was extraordinarily helpful! I had been unable to log onto my account via the Internet, and despite "assistance" from Tech Support and Customer Support, and a very nice personal phone call from a regional manager, no one had been able to figure out the problem! But his woman at my facility figured it out! My storage unit is for my business. Therefore, the Public Storage account was opened under my businesss name, address and phone, and paid with a business credit card. And yet the online account login uses the "home phone number" as the login by default. Well -- guess what? My account doesnt have a "home phone number" because it has nothing to do with me personally or my personal home! Therefore, since there was no number entered into the "home phone number" field, it was therefore impossible to login into my account online. And this woman figured out the problem -- while Tech Support, Customer Support and the Regional Manager were unable to! Kudos to the woman who assisted me! NOTE TO SOMEONE IN TECH SUPPORT OR SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES: You really need to re-think your default online account set-up . . . why would you automatically utilize a home phone # as the login, if the home phone # isnt actually a required field entry in the account set-up? And why would it be a required field entry if the home phone # has nothing to do with a business-related storage unit and account? Re-think that work stream with more linear and logical thought please. You actually wasted about 4 hours of my time by not having this set up properly.

Bought a few things of packing supplies today and just thought Christine was so knowledgeable about all the packing supplies she sells. This is my 3rd time there and I wish I would have listen to her the first time so I could have gotten the saving for buying so much . Next time I ever move I will go back to her and I will refer all my friends who decide to move or just need storage to go to Christine and no where else . This gal really needs a raise for all that she does for these customers . I watched her sell merchandise to me and multi task with answering questions for another customer . Christine really is the best of public storage .

Nothing is ever fixed. The walk in gate has been standing open every time we have been there in the last 6 months - we always go in and complain and are told "oh - I think its closed" so anyone can walk in from the projects. The place is always dirty and it is overpriced and they stick you for "insurance" that you must buy and strangely enough it is only available from them - in other states people get arrested for this sort of scam. And my experience at the front desk has been less than delightful. There may be worst places to rent storage space but so far I havent found them.

I am planning on making a big move so I went into the store to get information because I have never rented a storage unit before. Brittani greeted me as soon as I stepped through the door. She was very thorough and wrote down all the things I would be moving. She even suggested some packaging supplies that I would have never remembered that I needed. She also showed me a unit size that would best fit my needs. Although I am not moving in a few months and she knows this I appreciated her treating me as though I was purchasing a unit today.

I underestimated moving! I came into this public storage to get moving supplies. As I walked in I was greeted by Lashana. She went down a list asking about the items I would be moving, as she was done we went around she picked up all the items I would need based on the list we made. At first I was like no way Im not going to use all of this but I still end up taking her advice and guess what! The only thing Im left with is packing paper LOL Thank you Lashana! I really appreciate your good service.

So I was in the other day looking for a place to store my stuff while I get ready for a move and while I was there Milly was the biggest help I could imagine. She gave me the best customer service, gave me tips on how to use packing supplies to maximize my usage of the space. She was professional but fun and upbeat at the same time. Very much appreciated from the other places I went where the employees werent thrilled about their job. I will highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

I was very pleased with the customer service extended to me by Christine. Christine has a very pleasant demeanor and has excellent job knowledge. The facility was clean and trash free. It is climate controlled! Flat bed carts and 2 freight elevators makes your unloading items into your storage unit an easy tasks. Thank you Christine for the excellent service.
