Theyre crooks. They claim that the first month is free but when you finally close out your contract , you must pay one more month. I payed for the last additional month and was told that I could use the storage unit till the end of the month but they popped my lock and leased the storage space that I payed for to someone else. They will take your money and not care. Military family and they claim that they care but they dont at all. No refunds were given after they made me pay for an additional month I didnt need and still popped my lock off after telling me I could use it and leased it to someone else. I advise not to use them because you will get screwed in the end.

Theres customer service and then theres "good customer service" I have been in customer service for over 20 years. Thats the first thing to look for. After reading reviews on this facility, I decided to give it a try due to all the great reviews about Craig and the service. I went today to look at space and it was exactly the way the reviews had described. Great customer service and to top it off the most amazingly clean facility that I have ever seen. Its a great feeling to know that your stored items will be well looked after and in such a clean environment!

I got a job relocation and needed to move in a hurry for a job relocation. All of my stuff would not make it to NJ where I now reside. So I had to purchase storage space. I’ve rented space from other storage places before, but let me tell you that Extra Space Storage is the cleanest, most well lit facility I’ve ever been too. Additionally the security is top notch. I know I won’t have to worry about my stuff here. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I was not sure what size unit to get and the staff was really helpful and patient while I decided.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I signed up for a storage unit online and they were very prompt about getting back to me with more information. Everything was very easy. The actual storage space (10x15 climate controlled unit) was very clean and easy to access from either of the 2 elevators in the building. There were no problems with the actual move in. There is a bathroom in the storage building which was a bonus on our move-in day.

The guys there are great! Both Dante and Edwin found some items I misplaced. Because the tote opened up some of the items spilled into the dumpster. They actually went into the dumpster and retrieved the items! Talk about above and beyond! Very appreciative because they were items that my staff had given me from their countries when they went home to visit and a digital picture frame. Thank you guys!

Second time using this facility. There is a branch closer to me, but Ill drive the extra 5 miles to use this facility Very clean site and easy to access. Many indoor units. The Staff is always helpful. They work with you on move out dates so you only pay for what you need, if you notify before the billing cycle.

This place was amazing from the start, pulled up and the gentlemen named Will knew who I was when I walked in offered me a bottle of water cause the temperature was rather hot out. Very friendly people and from the looks of it there seems to be some good places to eat around the area!!!!!

Very clean facility. The staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt get a chance to rent from them since I extended my lease, but I will keep them in mind for the future and I definitely recommend this location to anyone!
