I have been with Extra Space Storage since 2003 til present. I am very pleased with the climate control units my husband and I have rented. I must say that the staff is outstanding. The facility is always clean as well as the leadership and service that the Manager Cindy and the staff provide. I must admit, the cost for storage is a little expensive. The main reason I continue my storage services, is due to the customer service that I am provided by Cindy and the staff. Storage facilities are easy to find and at lower cost. However, Great people like Cindy and her staff are precious gems. I would leave if the staff were no longer their. I pray the great service and staff continues. I am rating Extra Space Storage a 5 star for Cindy and the staff

Sadly, my time with ExtraSpace is coming to an end, but Cynthia and Shawn are AWESOME people and were very helpful in securing my storage unit with them! I would highly recommend their location in Gambrills, as its very conveniently located by major highways and they really were great to work with. They called me right away once I applied and I couldnt have asked to work with higher quality storage professionals, they were absolutely great and very reassuring in letting me know my unit would be very secure. If you hear clanking and yelling in the evening, dont be alarmed... Its just the folks next door at the Crofton Cantina playing horseshoes. Thanks again to both of you! Take care! Azamat

Cindy, the manager, is the best! She treats you like family. Ive rented 3 units with Cindy and my experience has always been excellent. She gets me the best price for space, locks, etc. Cindy make the whole process so convenient. I had to meet delivery people outside of normal business hours and she offered to come in when it was convenient for me. Then she said I could come by when it was convenient to fill out the rental paper work so I could supervise their unloading. She has a great, positive, friendly attitude. Even though shes a two-time cancer survivor, she sympathizes with my little water damage and schedule situations. Cant recommend highly enough!!!

My family has been using Extra Space in Gambrills for the better part of a decade, maybe longer. The best part of the facility is the management. Cindy is not just an employee that sits behind a desk. She knows her customers, she is extremely personable and she actually cares. She has seen my family through ups and downs and has always had a kind word and an optimistic outlook. She has worked with me during some truly rough times and helped me where she could. The facility has served us very well over the years. I have had a number of different units. Cindy and Shawn are definitely top notch and I hope they are both around for a long time.

I dreaded going into the office to ask the unsuspecting person behind the desk to aid me with my problem. And there she was, Miss Cindy smiling and ready to tackle any problem. She immediately put me at ease with her infectious smiling demeanor. She solved my problem in no time and provided the information that I needed. Miss Cindy is the BEST of the best! Her customer service surpasses all ! I highly recommend this particular "Extra Space Storage" to handle any storage problem you have. You will be treated as a respected member of their family. I would just like to take some time to commend the stellar customer service of Cindy and Shawn. They made my experience so very enjoyable and it was quite manageable. This is my first time renting a unit and I had a lot of questions but they took their time to answer each and every one with a smile. They are most flexible and they were instrumental in helping me manage all of my moving details. The best part...a hug from Cindy when I met her and when I left her. I would gladly recommend this management team and this location to my family and friends!

I have had 4 different units at this facility, and each time I was more impressed than the last. The manager Cindy works endlessly to ensure that the units as well as the property are clean, cared for and at an excellent standard. She is honestly the kindest woman you could ever do business with and will not only treat you like her only customer but also like family. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for storage or even if you just need general packing or storing supplies! You will not only leave pleased, but also satisfied!

We have been with Extra Space since 2011. We have two 10 x 30 units and are very pleased with the service provided to us. Cindy is awesome. She is there most of the time. If you go there I would ask for her. She will make sure you will get what you need. Also, I have been to all the other storage companies in the area and the reason I rented spaces at 789 in Gambrills is because of Cindy. None of the other companies were that interested in my business. If she left there I would consider leaving Extra Space.

I rented with extra space storage a few years ago and now l am in need of storage again. I walked in to see Cindy was still there. To my surprise she remembered me .She said that she was sorry that l needed storage again but said " welcome home ". She welcomes your pets just like they are family and l love that because my dog is all that l have. The place is always clean and she is just the best person to do business with. Good customer service is gone but just to let everyone know that it is alive and well here.

I dont often write reviews, but truly, Extra Space Storage in Gambrills has been absolutely one of the best businesses I have ever encountered. They are so friendly, helpful, and genuine. We rented a locker from them a few years ago and had such a good experience that we went out of our way during our recent move to rent from them again (instead of renting closer to where were moving) - we chose to drive a bit further out of our way because we knew how good the service would be. Highly recommend!

You have got to rent from this facility if you need a storage space! Shawn helped me find a perfect space to help me out (at a reasonable price!) during a tough transition for me. Shawn was understanding, professional, and focused on treating me with respect and gratitude for doing business with Extra Space! Cynthia is amazing. She really puts in the extra effort to make the place nice and homie the second you walk through the door. I recently just ended my stay with extra space storage here only due to buying a new house which she was excited for. She really knows how to take care of her guests. She is like another mother to me because I know she cares. If I need storage again, I will definitely be back to this one and only location. Keep up the great work Cynthia!
