This is a large modern storage facility in the near northeast corner of the Baltimore metropolitan area- very accessible and easy to get to. I had visited several other storage facilities in this general area before going to see what Fullerton Self Storage had to offer - and hands down, Fullerton by far was in the lead for me and my needs before I even saw the first unit within the facility. The site itself is large with lots of parking, easy access to the facility and units when it comes to moving "stuff" in and out. It is clean, secure, well-maintained and well-managed. It is staffed 7 days a week by Kerrie, Katie, and Cranston who not only make sure that light bulbs are changed and that there is toilet paper in the restrooms but are great helpful people to their tenants. There is always some sort of treat or candy dish out in the office lobby -a hospitable touch when one is doing moving and storage.

The staff and facility are both top notch!! As a commercial client with several units, we were always greeted with great customer service. The facility is well kept and very accessible. The ability to have our freight deliveries checked in by the staff made for a great bonus as well!! We always felt confident in the safety of our equipment due to the secure facilities; in addition to the attentiveness of the staff. They are always keeping tabs on everything, and everyone in the facility. Our only reason for departure is we out grew our space, and were forced to migrate into a warehouse. We would highly recommend Fullerton Self Storage to any small businesses, along with basic residential customers. You will not be disappointed in your experience!! There is nothing like Fullerton Self Storage; I joined their family a year and a half ago and I am happy to be there. Their hours are convenient the security system makes me feel like my valuables are protected and I absolutely love how it’s always clean. When I first walked through the door I was greeted by Kerri and Katie with a huge smile, every time I visit they always greet me by name and are more than helpful. When I had questions about online payment Cranston and Katie were there to walk me through the process. They are the best and I am glad I went with Fullerton Self Storage rather than a “big name” storage company.

I used Fullerton self storage for approximately 1 year and my experience was amazing. The entire staff was always kinda, curious, and very helpful whenever I had questions or needed help with something. I had two units, both in the climate controlled 2nd floor area and they were both great. The facility is well maintained and I never had any issue with temperature related issues with the items I stored. If I were to need to use a storage facility again, I would definitely return to Fullerton Self Storage.

Fullerton Storage has been a great help to me while taking care of my Mothers estate. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the premises have convenient hours and are kept quite clean and overall I honestly dont know what could be done to make this experience any better. It was a pleasant experience in the office with sandy and mark. The process was quick and easy. It made my moving process that much more simple. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this location. Sandy is very personable and does not act like a robot. Mark greeted me as soon as I walked in. The customer service is awesome! Not to mention the prices are very reasonable. I get in on a deal where my first month is free for a very decent size storage space.

I started renting my unit in august 2011 and have had nothing but the best customer service. The front desk people - Katie, Cranston & Karrie, have been a delight to work with. The areas are always clean and they always welcome you with a friendly face. ALSO, you sometimes may get words of wisdom when you walk through the door. My company currently rents two storage units and three parking spaces here for our inventory overflow. Karrie and her crew have always been the best in accommodating our needs. They are great to work with and their prices are very reasonable. The security at Fullerton is 24/7 and I feel as though I never need to worry about my items. I would highly recommend Fullerton Self Storage to anyone in need.

Rented a Truck from here. Had to put gas in the vehicle. Noticed the gas cap was missing. The employee did a half #*# job checking it in. So I informed them of the cap missing. And guess what they are going to charge the account for a replacement. Horrible Customer Service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THEM. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS HONEST

I had such a hard time finding a storage facility that had some patience with me just looking until I found Myron. Myron was so friendly and helpful and after "just looking" with him I decided to make extra space storage my storage facility for my things for the next year. A great atmosphere and great prices. Excellent customer service at this location. Sandy had called me the next day after i had reserved the locker online. When i got there to see the locker it was not big enough, however Sandy offered many other affordable options and i took advantage of one of them. She made the process easy and pain free! :-)

Website information is accurate. Upon reservation immediately received a friendly phone call. Visiting Amber is very friendly, honest and knowledgeable to my needs. The staff is not trying to take advantage of you like other places. The unit is very clean, the building is clean. So glad I made this choice.
