We were customers storing household goods here for almost 2 years. Their prices were always competitive. From start to finish, we found the staff, Shelly and Shane, always friendly and extremely helpful - and responsive immediately. Weve used other units in town over the past several years, but we were glad we found Self Storage Plus. We never had any issue. We used drive up units and found them clean, dry and free of critters. And for a short spell, we used a parking space to park our trailer. Highly recommend them.

I paid for the entire month but I emptied my unity on the 8th. They do not offer a prorated return on the unused portion of the rent unless you move out before the 5th. Despite what their office said, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to refund a customer the unused portion on their rent. Oh well, live and learn. I know Ill never use their facilities again. Hopefully you’ll read this and pick a storage facility that values its customers.

I liked the climate controlled area and the timed lights to save energy. There were carts in a room that opened to the moving truck so it was easy to move things to the storage unit. There is an elevator to assist moving your items to the second floor. Make sure to bring your own lock.

Great staff – very knowledgeable, explained the process thoroughly, friendly, and just great to work with. Facility was clean, easy access, all the supplies tools you might need – outstanding experience and would highly recommend.

Kept my valuables in here for almost a year with no problems , customer service is great, never crowded , no rodents or pest, plus my unit had a light bulb =)
