I rented 2 units for one month, paid in full, had movers remove all of my things within a month and thought, great done. I even called and spoke to "Adam" and he assured me, he closed my account, and all was fine. Well, I received a voicemail on a Sunday from "Trey", to call her it is urgent. I call on Monday morning, she begins to tell me I owe, her money because "debris" were left in a unit. I tried to explain, I am far away now, movers told me they emptied them and further more, Adam said last week he closed everything. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to, she said "you got to come clean em out, I will put a lock on it, and continue to charge you!". I asked for the manager, she stated: " I am the manager today!". This person, obviously is on a power trip. The way she called, the way she spoke to me, she really was not anything even close to how a manager would treat their customers. I finally did after asking several times, get an answer that Adam will be in on Tuesday, but Trey added; " I will make sure he tells you the same thing I just told you!!". I hope SPS, does not continue to allow such a person to represent them. I would never rent or refer anyone with this type of treatment to paying customers....Addendum; I was contacted by the district manager and Adam the store manager, they were very apologetic, said Trey would be reprimanded and my account is satisfied..

This storage facility has pretty good rates and lots of size options, when compared to others in the nearby area. The units are newly refurbished and the facility is very clean. When I showed up 10 minutes before the office closed on a weekday afternoon, the employee in the office was friendly and attentive throughout the tour. I only have two minor negative points: 1) During high traffic times, it can be a bit of a hassle to enter from the east-bound side of the road (Pulaski), so better to either come at it headed west on Pulaski, or north on Conkling; or, wait until low traffic times. 2) When I showed up at 9am, opening time, on a Friday, to buy a lock from in the office, the office manager didnt show up to open until 9:30am, so I was stuck hanging out with an employee in the parking lot for 30 minutes. He was friendly and apologetic, though (even though he was actually there on time).

This place is PHENOMENAL they are friendly, helpful, and understanding. I was moving from New York to Baltimore they helped me determine what unit to get within my price point, last minute I needed a larger unit they were beyond flexible and helpful. Security public storage single handedly made my move a little less stressful, they were they only part of the move that was reliable, professional, & personable! The unit is secure-- the gate with a code specific for us, facility is clean, well lit, accessible for cars, trucks, dollies, etc. The check in process included light snacks, a tour, and all the paperwork only took 10 minutes of which you are given copies. You make an online account to handle payments and stay up to date! so far im one happy customer!

Rented a storage unit for over a year. Vacated the unit two weeks ago and was incorrectly charged for the month of August. When I noticed the charge I called this location and was told by Adam, one of the managers that he would research the issue and call me back in 5 minutes... that was 24 hours ago and Adam is not to be back in the location until Tuesday. The person that answered the phone put me on hold the first time I called for 10 minutes. I am now on hold for the second time for another 10 minutes. Poor follow up, poor customer service once you have left the unit, over charging then no follow up! Will not use this company again and hope you dont either.

I can tell that customer service is their number one priority, where as other storage companies are all about snatching your money. The manager, Joe, was able to provide me with enough information for me to confidently secure my items in their facility. I would recommend you guys to stop giving your money to your local storage facilities, and I hope you guys really begin to understand that you should walk away knowing that you not only received high quality service, but you were able to connect with an outstanding representative who made it their mission to satisfy your needs.

I have stored my things in many places, New Orleans, San Francisco, Santa Monica and Chicago, in various types of facilities. Security Public Storage is the best I have ever used. The place is clean, easy to use and parking is always available. The office staff are incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful. There is even free coffee whenever the office is open. When you rent a unit, you get to use their large clean functioning truck for one day. I am confident my stuff is safe and secure there...check them out.

I was so glad to come in & speak with your new manager, Sean, when I came in to make the paperwork change--he was so polite and helpful ! Likewise, when I called for help with accessing this review, Minden was also very helpful and nice. I am very pleased so far that my storage facility is under new management--many things about the old management were very unresponsive, especially having the office open. Betsy Banks - I made the right choice in selecting Security Public Store to store my personal belongings. Its at a great location and the storage fees and the amenities are excellent. The facility is clean well lit and easily accessible and the security is top notch i know my belongings are safe and will stay in good condition. Joe and the staff are very friendly hospitable and most of all professional. I made the right choice :-)

The staff is polity, patient & professional. Theyre very knowledgeable about this building & its security. I really like how you can drive your vehicle inside & unload out of the elements; that is very convenient. This is a Great storage spot & location. Ive recommended this location to several people & will continue to recommend it. Several of my business associates use this location because we feel that our items are safe.

There isnt a better option for storage. The staff is all friendly and helpful. The facility itself is well maintained and safe. I love the automatic lights that come on and off by motion detection. I also like how you can drive your car/truck into the facility and load/unload inside the safety and comfort of the building. Even with all of these extras, the prices are still great. If you need storage, definitely check them out

This storage facility is top notch. I *LOVE* being able to drive in to load/unload, so my stuff and I dont get rained on. The staff are great as well. My only issue so far is that its really hard to find a push cart...because other people dont return them to where they got them from. Its not the staffs fault -- I just wish theyd either round them up more often or buy some more carts. With that, theyd get an easy 5 stars!!
