Crystal was absolutely amazing, when I come to get a storage units I had just separated from my husband and to say that I was a mess is an understatement, May strange husband had arranged a date for my property to be delivered to the storage units and given a specific time and waited in the parking lot for over an hour for the moving truck to pull up. Approximately 1520 minutes after I left the truck came Crystal was quick to call me and inform me that the truck was there she had even gone out of her way to get the license plate number for the truck. Each and every time I went into the office Crystal showed nothing but compassion for my situation she always offered words of encouragement. When you go through situations is this you have to believe that God in his own way send you angels and these angels come in many different forms , and I believe that Crystal was one of my angels. I closed out my account with public storage today although Im happy not to have the monthly bill Im sad that I wont be able to see Crystal again. With that said I believe that she has definitely gone above and beyond. She is most definitely a major asset to your company. Crystal made my experience from start to finish the easiest and most pleasant Ive ever had with any storage facility. (Ive had to use plenty of storage facilities over the past 11 years) She not only helped me with the size of unit I would need but also was able to squeeze me in when I showed up 4 hours early (unannounced) and made the pricing and insurance crystal clear. No hidden costs. She explained everything up front BEFORE I signed and/or committed to anything. That to me was worth more than what I paid and what I paid was actually less than any other storage facility around. I am very please with my 5-Star service from Wise Avenue Storage and especially Miss Crystal. I will be recommending this location to everyone I know.

It is so nice to have great customer service in this day and age. Crystal was so great to us. She went and found the best unit that would fit our needs and took the time to explain what we needed to do to use the gate along with the times that we could access the property. Crystal gave that good old fashion style of customer service, remember those days? Public Storage,,,,, why are you hiding this lady and not promoting her with the skills she has, you all got a diamond in the rough! On top of Crystals great customer service the property is very well maintained and its just very clean which is something I look for with any company I do business with. Thank You all & GOD Bless!

This storage location on wise ave is the best, simply because of Crystal. Because of my unfortunate situation & daily struggle I recently need to put my belongings in storage. I ran into a few issues getting my storage unit & moving my stuff. Well Crystal was so very helpful, kind, informative, understanding, eympathetic &sympathetic. I havent had the best experience living in Maryland however Crystals excellent customer service made my transition so much easier . Ive been coming to this public storage place for three years now Im very impressed with leading a very busy life with almost 2 full time jobs @ having one of the best employees her name being Crystal has always been so pleasant in giving me a person phone call to remind me that payment is due !! I cant tell u how much I have appreciated that over the three years my stuff has been in storage and that shows me that ur employees really care about us as customers !! Thanks for all they have done for me esp Crystal its been such a pleasure !!

Crystal is #1 when it comes to customer service. I do not live in the area and had concern about being so far away from this public storage site. But Crystal has given me the "peace of mind" I needed to feel comfortable, and my thoughts of moving my things to a closer public storage facility is no longer my concern as long as Crystal remains on site. Her communication skills are "awesome" and extremely professional. Shes the BEST!! (and Im not easy to please)

Melynda at public storage was awesome.... she helped my sister find a decent price and sized storage unit. Her customer service was stellar, she really went above and beyond for us. We asked for assistance with other issues such as finding tools to help us move like rope, tarp etc.... she was awesome and Ill be referring anyone who needs storage to the public storage in dundalk bc of her outstanding customer service... My husband and I visited this location a few days ago in search of some boxes and Crystal helped us narrow down everything we needed room by room. We needed the house pak which she did not sell so she contacted another facility where the manager by the name of Sam offered to deliver the product to Crystals location. I just wanted to take the time out and personally thank these two ladies for great customer service. Thank you Crystal and Sam!!!!!

Do not and I repeat put your stuff at this Storage place. Went to get my stuff today and there were ants crawling all over my stuff from the crack in the foundation. The girl at the counter was less then helpful. No one was helpful or accommodating at all there are 1 million ants crawling all over my stuff and no one to help! I have never seen a lack of customer service like this in my life.

On Saturday November 15 I came to one of your locations searching for a Uhaul company to purchase some boxes. One of your employees by the name of Crystal directed me on how to get to the location but in turn sold me on your grate rate on your merchandise instead. I left very please with the service along with Storage Pack and five large boxes. Thank you for the wonderful service

I came to this location and was having a hard time closing my moms storage. I panicked and was screaming for help and the woman on the property came out and helped me with the lock. She was very nice in showing me how to put it back on even though i was so embarrassed that i could not lock a locker. Thank you Ms Crystal for not cursing me. Have a blessed night.

I visited your location just inquiring about storage for my son that is going away to college and was greeted by Crystal with a smile and a memorable personality. We do not need the space til August but I wanted to JUST check prices now to be ahead of the game. So much for long speeches...thank you Crystal for the information and the great jokes we shared.

I rented a unit yesterday and almost walked away when i found out you guys do not offer retired military discounts but Crystal drew me back in and provided me with excellent service and a great personality. Only need this unit for Christmas decorations but i do see myself being here for a while because of her. Thank you for everything. Lunch???
