They are rude and ignorant raise my rates told me if I didnt like it get the f*** out everytime I go there the elevators are down to never get to the floor that I need to get to I was told today by their maintenance person that there are bed bugs in the building that management not deal with older humans have wooden beams inside of all of them you will not get your full size unit that youre paying for

Sue and the other employees at CubeSmart were very efficient, friendly, and helpful! I couldnt be happier with my experience. They made it all very easy, and I feel very secure that my property is safe at this location. The storage units are only open when the office is open, and you need a personalized code to get into the elevator, which only goes to your floor. I would highly recommend this place!

I rented a storage space a month ago for a complicated move and so was visiting the CubeSmart facility several times a week. The staff has always been courteous and helpful, and, the few times a problem came up, they were able to fix it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this storage facility for ease of access, reasonable rates and good service.

I had a great experience at this location! The staff was friendly and helpful the location is great a staff member name April Ient a helpful hand she helped me and my sister move a couch on to a elevator and made the process to rent an unit extremely easy.I would recommend getting a unit here goes to show you all of Charm City isnt soo bad.

Pleasantly SURPRISED after seeing the location was in downtown Baltimore. It appears this is going to be a good place to store. If I had to complain about anything it would be the way the elevators are set up. They run a little slow although it appears there is a tracking "mechanism" within the system. Time will tell BUT so far so good

I usually hate moving, especially in difficult situations, The site manager and team (sorry bad with names) at this location is compassionate and efficient the property was very clean and presentable. I would recommend their services.

1st month free is attractive, location in the middle of the city is a plus. Only downside is parking in side for larger vehicles or moving trucks...Its tight quarters. 1st floor rentals are ideal!

Staff were friendly and very helpful on move in date. The elevator is annoying and I wish that they were a 24 hour facility, but overall I am satisfied with my experience so far.

Very friendly, seems professional and clean, but the elevator is a little small which meant multiple trips, which meant a very long time of moving. But the price justifies it.
