I dont see how anyone can give this Public Storage a positive review. If you are a paying customer as Jenifer said dont believe the positive. They must be written by an employee and have no other choice. STAY AWAY.... This place has so many issues that I just gave them my notice to move out and plan on going down the street to Extra Space. Now they are asking me to pay the full month of rent when Ive only used 6 days of the current month. Just another negative thing to add to Public Storage...Every other storage company will prorate days but unfortunately Public Storage has a different policy and wants the full month paid. Ill see you in small claims court Public Storage because I have on my contract written in black ink from an employee that your company would prorate me when I decided to move out. I didnt know you had to move out on the first or youd have to pay for the whole month even if you dont plan on staying the full month. Guess your employees will tell you lies just to get a unit sold. Great Business Ethics!!! Well I wont ever do business with your company and will tell everyone I know and dont know to STAY AWAY!!!!

Public Storage places offer a basic set of services. What really makes or breaks a particular storage place is its customer service. Today, my colleague and I came across a little communication snafu with corporate and as a result, we needed someone to go above and beyond for us for a couple hours, and we found the dedication to customer service that we needed in a store associate called "Sam." Sam, which must be short for Samantha, was lovely. I give this place five stars entirely on her account. She helped us out in a situation in which it was very helpful to us to quickly diffuse a situation. Kindness and cool minds prevailed in this situation, and we found a cool head, a sharp mind, and a great smile in Sam. Public Storage is lucky to have her. Im sure shell find herself in management soon.

WARNING!!!! This place is a dump; and the employees are rude and have terrible customer service. I moved my stuff out and took it to Extra Space storage in Glen Burnie. Public Storage needs to spend money and fix the issues. First off, fix that key code box that allows you to enter and exit. You shouldnt have to get out of your vehicle and go inside to have them open it for you. To solve this problem they just leave it open to allow anyone to enter and exit. Guess its why the sell you insurance just in case they allowed a thief to come in. Second, this place is run down and the lights on the property are broken or turned off which just makes it feel unsafe. I would not recommend this Public Storage to anyone, find a different place to store your belongings. Youve been warned!!!!

The unit itself is OK. The issue I have is with the bait and switch tactics employed by Public Storage. I signed up for a 10 x 30 unit at this location. A few months after sign-up, my fee was changed. The fee was raised by $52! My unit went from $205 to $257! That is a substantial increase! I was only a few months into renting with them. I will never rent with Public Storage again! It is one thing to go up a few bucks, but $52 is substantial on a unit that was $205 to begin with. Beware of this. I didnt even think to ask about something like this, but make sure you do! Let me add that the employees were OK. It is just the companys bait and switch policy that I find horrible.

I had a wonderful experience with public storage at the furnace branch location everyone there especially Sam and Adam made me feel welcome and at home I had two units there and when I had to vacate the first one I felt a little let down because I having to leave it but when I had to l vacate the second one due to financial difficulties I felt like I was losing one of my children Ill miss seeing Sam and Adam when I pay my bill but I wont miss the payment good luck to both of them Public Storage is very lucky to have both of them as employees I hope that CORPORATE rewards them for jobs well done thanks a lot public storage

Its always a pleasant experience when I go into this this place. The staff always so helpful. Today I had the pleasure of working with Sam, Pam, and Kim. I went in with a worry and came out with a smile and my problem solved. It was also nice when Sam made mention that she hadnt seen me in a while. I usually use auto pay all the time and never have a need to go into the building much. But as a customer, its nice to know that Im remembered and not just a number.

""" WARNING""" DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! I went in to rent a storage, just because I did not want to purchase a lock and insurance from them.The lady Sam completely lost it. I mean she turned into a complete witch shes a real psycho. She was unprofessional, rude, loud, an really aggressive. The whole experience was intimidating. I would never ever go back here even if you paid me. Think a million times over before stepping foot in public storage doors.

I just wanted to say thank you thank you to Sam the property manager for her excellent service on helping me select the right merchandise to pack my deceased moms house. I was a nervous wreck and could not get my thoughts together at the time but she went and took charge like I needed and also gave me a few comforting words. This is a hell of a time for me right now but am grateful for her excellent service.

This place is a dump. They showed me a locker that dirty and had an old wood door and drywall walls that someone had writen all over. Insulation was falling down from the ceiling and the hallway was dark and creepy. The employees were rude and acted like they didnt want to help me. The guy was all tatted up with a mohawk. I sure wouldnt leave any of my stuff in this place.

Sam, Nikkie and staff were excellent. The customer service received made me want to stay but because of work purposes and possibly moving out of the state of MD is why I had to vacate. I would definitely come back to this location in the near future if things do not work out with my future job requirements. I think of all the staff as family and they treat me just the same.

I have always used public storage for my moves. I go to the furnace branch location for the manager Sam ! She is always so friendly and very personable! The wall where they display your moving/storage needs is always so organized and easy to find what you need. I highly recommend public storage on furnace branch road in glen burnie!

Sam is the person who assisted me and she was courteous and very helpful. She made the check-in process easy and quick. After visiting another Public Storage location in Pasadena where the clerk was rude and the store was a mess, it was a pleasant surprise to find this location clean, organized and the people very friendly.
