We chose this facility because it was nearby while we were in the process of moving from house to house. It seems to be secure and clean, except your belongings will get moldy over the summer unless you choose a more expensive, climate-controlled unit. Also, they do not do the best job of clearing away the snow; last winter we had to use a shovel to hack away the ice from the door so that we could open the unit - it was frozen shut. That was after asking the manager for help and he told us the sun would thaw it out! We vacated the unit in the middle of the month, after paying the full rental fee in the beginning of the month. My son-in-law went to the office to ask about pro-rating the fee and was told that it would be taken care of. We also left monthly messages about the refund for the next three months, but no one ever called back. After four months, we stopped by in person to inquire about the refund. With no apology for the delay, the manager informed us that a check had been mailed on the 21st of the previous month. Unfortunately, it was sent to the wrong address, so we now have to wait until it is returned to the storage facility so they can resend it to the correct address. If the manager would have returned any of our phone calls, we would have been able to tell him where to send the check! We do not feel that this is a very customer-friendly way to run a business.

The facility is kept very clean and the storage units are cleaned out after each rental. The facility is located in a secure location and has many safety features built into the facility to ensure your belongings are kept safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful making the renting experience an enjoyable one. There are many storage units of varying size available to meet your storage needs. The price of renting was also very reasonable for the space and service received. The facility also offers many packaging supplies for sale in the main office making it a convenient one-stop-shop for all of your storage and moving needs. The owner is almost always on site and very friendly and helpful. Glad I shopped around.

This facility is professionally and personally managed by the owner who is almost always onsite and readily available to make your moving and storage experience stress-free. I agree that this is truly one-stop shopping with a full array of packing supplies. If you need a place to store anything from treasured belongings to business records, this is the place to go. All of the storage units are immaculate and very secure. The owner is accessible 24/7 in case of any emergencies and will go out of his way to ensure that your needs are met. Id recommend this storage facility to anyone who is looking for "Peace of Mind" when it comes to keeping your things safe until youre ready to enjoy them once again.

Friend of mine was using this facility for 10 years. He comes in and finds his locker padlocked. Arrogant owner says he is 3 months behind in his rent. Friend brings him a bank statement showing he has paid. Owner says he still has to "confirm" it, even though he has seen a bank statement. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The owner is a bastard!

In between homes, we safely kept many household antiques and furniture here. We indeed giive had peace of mind with security herre. The management is professional and friendly. I was very happy to have my belongings nearby as well as secure.

I had a storage unit for about three years and never had a single issue. The property is secure after hours, never any dampness to my belongings, The managers were always friendly and helpful, and the property is well kept and maintained.

Gate access 24 7 means there is no limit as to when you can get to your stuff. Big open units. Very clean and tidy.
