We have had a storage unit at this facility for 2 years and have not had any complaints. The facility is easy to get around, the staff is always plesant and they always keep us up to date on stuff happening and ways to possibly save money. They always are supportive of community events such as the food bank along with toys for tots around the holidays. Even though the parking lot is small it is easy enough to move around unless a lot of individuals are moving in and out at the same time but we have only run into that one time. The staff are always easy to get in contact with during hours and they have different ways to pay the monthly bills (computer, in the office and even over the phone). They also have the option to email the receipts to you to help save paper. Would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.

I have stored here for only a couple months it is a very clean and nice place and rates very reasonable but when I received a notice saying rates going up in only a few months not only by a few dollars but ten this is terrible do they give you the lower rate to get you to go with them and in only a couple months raise them comparable to other storage units. I have stored my items with other companies for two or three years at a time and I have never had the rates go up they are the same as when I signed up. If you want the surprise of the rates going up store with this company you are sure to be paying more in a couple of months.

I have always wanted to use a storage that was on the inside, and finally I have the chance to do so. When I first saw the storage I thought to myself it must be expensive , but to my surprise for the size unit that I needed the price was very reasonable The place was so clean on the inside and they also have plenty of equipment for you to use if your not on the first floor. The staff is very friendly and super helpful, I would recommend the place to all my friends and family. I was very pleased with the first experience!

Jaye was amazing to open my account and get my storage unit. On the other hand another employee just left for over a hour and a half lunch during business hours without telling me of her departure the day I was getting the rest of my belongings out of storage. I couldnt even close my account in store and speak to someone as I had hoped. I left feeling very unappreciated and robbed. P.S. Random bums walk into the facility at night to stay warm/safe thank God everyone is required to have a lock.

Jaye, was definitely amazing! She even went above and beyond to give one of my boys marker and paper to draw ok to keep his busy self busy! (Its so hard to get in and get out with two boys with tons of energy) she even let interacted with them and let both touch a button on the elevator. She showed me the storage and imformed me okk everything including fees and payments... I was very satisfied. Very pricy after first month but def well worth it saying the security and the friendless :)

I really like extraspace storage. When I arrived the facility was extremely clean and Kru came right out to greet me. He showed me several units to ensure that I had the one that I needed. Jan was also very helpful with helping me complete the paperwork for move in as well as helping me with the insurance for my belongings. Overall, Jan and Kru were very pleasant and professional and as a result, I will refer friends and family members to extraspace storage on victory boulevard.

Representative was very helpful and polite. She made sure we received the best plan. This storage unit was the cleanest Ive ever seen and used. Definitely trusted our furniture and items to be stored for a long time without any damage. Also, felt very secure with the type of security system. Id recommend extra space storage to anyone. When I go back overseas to my next duty ststion, I will surely be using them

Jan & Jaye are the personafication of professionalism coupled with excellent customer service. I feel as though I now have two new friends. The facility is clean, well lit, accessible & climate controlled. Their prices are reasonable and a variety of discounts are available. I have referred my sister, who now has a unit. This facility is a "go to" if you have storage needs, large or small.

Nice and clean , secure, warm if you moved in the winter. Staff was very nice. Had some difficulty the first day moving. Ran out of time with the free truck, one of the elevators broke down, than figured out storage space was too small. Jan Hicks came to my rescue. She found us a bigger space , and let us use the truck again. Yes I will recommend this place to friends and family.

I love this place for several reasons! First off its the newest storage place in my area. By far the cleanest & the lobby smells absolutely amazing! Ms. Jan is who assisted me & she was a doll! From the parking lot to trying my gate password. She smiled so much as if it was her very first day working. Very warming welcome, Im glad I chose this Storage Place to hold my items.

AAAA Self Storage is the place to go if you want a very clean, affordable, and professional storage facility. The facility is climate control, clean, and one of the safest places I have seen or used. The employees are very professional and helpful at all times.LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS FACILITY!!!! The unit are spacious and clean. They even provide pest control every month.

Over many years I have used many different storage facilities, and AAAA at Victory Blvd is by far THE BEST Ive ever encountered. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access. The staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe environment in which to store their "treasures"!

I was in at this storage unit today because I needed to rent a space that u did online. Tiffany had giving me a call this morning to confirm reservation an was so polite with all the questions I had. I will recommend this place to everyone I know an the prices were amazing an it smelled fresh and new. They keep it clean well.

I was looking for a good storage facility. I visited two in the area. My sister located this one and I found it to be comparable to the ones I am accustomed to in Maryland. Its monitored, clean, easily accessible and has temperature control. The facility personnel (Wilson) was informative, polite and professional.
