I was very disappointed in this storage facility. When receiving the unit it had not been cleaned... The price went up not long after I had it, then it went up again. I only had the unit 13 months. When we emptied the unit water had leaked in and ruined some belongings. The gal in the office said she would have the owner call me. To date, he has not given me the courtesy of a phone call. I also left the unit in cleaner condition than when we received it, but again, to date, I have not received the cleaning refund. I called again today and the gal in the office said it can take a couple weeks for the refund. When I rented the unit my card was charged immediately, however; when the money is supposed to come back it takes that long? The condition of the facility is not pleasing. It is the end of February and when we removed the items from the unit there was mushy wet leaves from the fall all around and liter all around. Im not one that complains alot, however; if the owner would have given me the courtesy of a phone call and my refund you wouldnt be reading this. Oh, by the way, everything was covered in stink bugs and cob webs and the things that had gotten wet had to be disposed of due to mold. Not a positive experience. Hope this helps with your decision of going here or elsewhere.... Elsewhere is the better choice.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My storage unit ended up leaking and ruining 2 mattresses and a box spring, not to mention a musty smell on everything else. I called about it several times. I was told I had to talk to the owner, but he never returns calls. At the very least I was expecting him to say he would check it out/fix it, so in the future I could rest assured my stuff would not get wet again. Nope... not a peep. Typical case of a place that couldnt care less about its customers or their belongings. In the process now of getting my stuff out ASAP!!!

This hellish place is completely absurd. This place is rat infested. They promote "pest control" but never follow through. When I raised an issue, the owner said "If you dontt like it, you can leave by the end of the month. The so called "owner" makes himself to be this gentle old guy at first and then becomes a loud mouth prick whenever you have an issue. IF you want to keep your belongings safe, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I nominate Security Self Storage in Lancaster, PA as the cleanest, best run storage facility in Lancaster county. I also have to say, the staff just brightens my day every time I stop by the office.

Reserved a unit online and was supposed to get contacted in 24 hours. Tried calling them and left messages for the next 3 business days before I had to move on. Buyer beware dont waste your time.
