Edit: I thought this was finished. After being requested over and over to review the facility/services, I finally had chance to complete our review. I am still getting notifications to complete a review. Be warned, you will be mercilessly hounded once you move out to review regardless of whether or not you actually have done so. Our experience with Mini price was great. The Move-in and move-out process went quickly and smoothly especially since we had two units to hold all of our belongings for a few months a we moved to the area. The only problem we had with the facility was a lack of carts as it seems many other tenants hoard them in their units. One big complaint we do have from Mini Price is the persistent request to review their services. We have been quite busy with the move/work and had not been able to take a moment to hop on the computer. This past week, we were in the hospital due to the birth of our newborn and I informed the lady as such on the phone, yet she still called two additional times and left more emails as such. As a reminder to future/current tenants, review them quickly, or they will bug the ever-living sh** out of you.

I have used Mini Price Storage a couple of times in the past at different locations. This one location had the best service the staff was so helpful and always greeted me with a smile. When I initially moved into the storage here I needed a truck so I did the rent a truck through them I thought I was going to have to pay ridiculous fees and they would just make my life super hard but it was actually the complete opposite. I paid $7.00 and that was just the mileage the truck was clean, in excellent condition and equipped with everything we needed to make the move successful. We ended up moving a four bedroom house in about two hours thanks to the Mini Price and all their help. Thank you again for making our transition from on place to another simple and easy. If I had to choose storage again I will always choose Mini Price!

Sandra who assisted with my reservation, was very professional and helpful with my reservation. The storage unit was well organized, very clean, had nice temperature control, offered a moving truck with dolly to load boxes, and their store representative provided iced bottled water and informative tour of their grounds. Their bathrooms were clean, which again shows them caring about their business in a time when customer service is a past time. I found the experience organized, understandable during a busy and stressful move, so the help made a positive difference in our day. Please tell your team members thank you and keep on task with caring for the details! The security and lock provision is top notch as well!

I chose Mini Price Storage because it was close to my current house when I needed to store some items during my transition to my new larger house. I shopped around for the best deal and Mini Price was definitely the best option and the best value. I especially liked that the storage facility was indoor and climate controlled and I had total access to my things at any time. The added bonus was being able to use their moving trucks when I needed to get my belongings stored. I would definitely recommend Mini Price Storage to anyone needing a storage facility and will use them again if I ever need a storage facility in the future. Thanks!!

This experience was great I walked in the same day I needed to obtain a storage and a moving truck Due to the popular demand of their location and wonderful prices I thought they wouldnt be able to assist me especially with a truck since all the other locations I went to turned me away because of the short notice request but the team member was kind enough to call around and help assist me. This particular MiniPrice Storage felt like having an extension to my own home. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was outstanding!!! The price was better than most other places, but the quality of this place was unbeatable. The facilities and units were all clean and very secure, I was never concerned with pests nor having my unit broken into. This is the best storage company I have ever used and I have used two others in this area! That staff was very friendly, helpful and very patient with me during the stress of trying to get my daughters belongings moved into storage for her while she is in another state. I rented a unit and then realizing I was going to need a bigger unit, it was not a problem. They bent over backwards to help me. The cleanliness of building, the security they offer is awesome. I would recommend them highly.

The facility was very clean and the customer service was excellent. I never had a problem with the courtesy there as Ive had at other facilities. I leased with them for almost 3 years and the service never decreased. I live in Atlanta, GA, but whenever I called they were still just as nice as if I were speaking to them in person. My furnishings were picked Up and there not any thing missing. Great customer Service!!!

Price was good for the size we rented. In general I had an good experience. I had no issues moving out. It was a clean environment. My small issue: We werent able to use the free rental truck because the title for our vehicle wasnt in my name and my husband was depolyed so that was a HUGE setback. I was not told the day I rented the unit. I was disappointed. I would recommend if someone is looking for a unit.

Experience was great until I tried to go turn in the keys to my unit then the office lady that was there on 5/7/17 was rude and told me I had to come back! I dont have time to keep going back and forth, very unprofessional on that staff members part. Usually I see another lady who is very nice and professional. I guess professionalism is based on the person there so good luck if you chose this place.
